Starting to feel the lack of content complaints. Grinding the same half dozen strikes for 2-3 marks a pop when it takes 65 to buy anything worthwhile, nevermind that marks reset every week.

Marks? What are those? And they reset every week? If that's something you need to progress someone like me with limited time is screwed.

I feel like the bosses should have a fraction of the health that they do, but you have to actually do something other than shoot the weak spot for an eternity to kill them.

they don't reset each week. There is a 100 cap each week. and you have to be at least level 18 to get them.

Crucible and Vanguard marks are earned by playing the Crucible and doing Vanguard playlist and stuff like that. They do not reset every week, as noted in multiple replies to that post. You can only earn 100 a week and that cap resets. There are even things that cost over 100 x.x Like the sparrows that cost 175.

Bought one of those exotic engrams and lucked out, got one for Hunter. Downside is, since it's a chestpiece, it overlaps with the only legendary I have for my class lol. Need 2 more coins so I can buy Red Death and finally have a weapon higher than Rare.

It's just level 5 gear that's slightly better than normal level 5 gear. And the weapons don't have any modifiers. They're slightly stronger than normal level 5 weapons, but no special bonuses.

Edit: Also you have to buy the stuff. The unlock just lets you do that.

It's completely possible to find better items before you get the glimmer for the set. It's unremarkable stuff.

Nope, they'll help you out when you're having a drought and not getting decent drops, but that doesn't last too long. And they aren't accessible until Level 5 and you have to pay 250 glimmer for one item. They scale to level 10 once you hit that level, but never go higher. The guns themselves have decent damage for their level, but no special upgrades to them like other Uncommon level guns have.

I think he means the story mission, and I think there are ammo drops, just not for the weapon slot you're using. Like, no primary ammo if you're using primary. That's just what I was told, I haven't checked it myself yet.

Edit: Yeah, "Juggler: No ammo drops for your equipped weapon." name makes it sound like you're supposed to switch around.

For one-offs, the weekly strikes provide them once per difficulty. After that, it becomes a matter of luck and preference. Personally, I think either the Crucible or Nexus farming is best.

The Crucible has a chance of giving coins outright and a chance at engrams which can provide coins.

Nexus farming can get you around 10 engrams in an hour which have chances at being strange coins.

Pick your poison =p

Besides that, public events can also provide them or other materials.

No, only if it falls off a cliff or something un reachable.
