Same here. Taking my time and mixing it up with PVP. Tried Salvage for the first time with 2 randoms and had a blast. One put up the shield and we cleaned house in a match in the end.

What made it worse was there was zero point to the cave. Random tough dude and no chests, new area or decent drops. A complete waste of time to even make this cave.

Yeah, I wish there were more chests or something lying around. Something that makes those caves more interesting.

Obviously, I haven't been able to read this whole OT, but have people talked about how each planet's map is not being fully accessible? I remember a BIG part of the defense of "One Area Per Planet" was that the beta wasn't fully encompassing Earth. It turns out that it was and that those other areas are likely for expansions.


I am enjoying Destiny, but at the same time I am disappointed in what it is. I have a hard time believing Bungie actually thinks the game is as good as they act in their videos.

The game has major, unbelievable faults in regards to the "social" aspect and it's really stupid tbh. No matchmaking for the heroic weekly (not to mention the ridiculous jump in difficulty for it) are mind bogging.

But I can't pull myself away. I just keep on playing ;__; Already over 27 hours of played time..

You can get shaders that change the colour of your armour

Dosn't seem like good extras on it then since you can only wear one exotic armor at a time. The helm from the vendor gives less special bar used when attacking for instance. Still looks boss as fuck though.

Wasn't a fan of the Crucible until I just played skirmish matches. WOW, this works so much better in small numbers on small maps. At least for me anyway. MUCH more fun. Slows the pace down just a bit, but the fights are much more intimate.

Game is hella fun.

I don't personally know anyone on my friends list, personal friends or acquintances at work who don't like this game. Everyone seems to be enjoying it.

can bungie add matchmaking to every mission? not just strike missions. or make it easier to link up with peeps on the same map. like if 2 players are in the same mission, and you're solo, the game could ask to link up all 3 players. that would be a nice option.
