TOTP: Buy Demon Gaze.

Danganronpa Chapter 4

I don't get it. The murder showed that Sakura only had some blood out of her mouth that she had vomited, but was otherwise blood-free. And that there was a big blood stain by the magazines.

The explanation of the murder had Sakura covered in blood. This is the first part of the game where I can seriously say, "I don't think this lines up." Is this ever explained?

I know that not a day goes by on Gaf without someone saying it...

But P4G is awesome. Best grinding/dungeon crawling of any rpg. Wicked characters. Japanese goodness throughout.

Need your help guys.

I posted on the PS4 Hardware Troubleshooting / Q&A Thread but I guess here is more suitable instead.

My friend has a US (R1) PS+ account and he bought The Last Of Us (R3) even though he doesn't have the R3 PS+.

Can he still play the MP if he has both accounts under 1 PS4?

He should be able to play with his R3 account. If I'm not mistaken, as long as one account has PS+, then all the sub account can have access to online. For me example, have PS+ on my R1 account and my lil brothers account is R3, he can access online on his account thanks to me.

Holy shit. Am I stupid, or did they SEVERELY rape Alien Breed (classic mode) when porting it to Vita/PS3?

The music, the sprite work.. the SFX. It all looks like shit compared to seeing it on Amiga.. huge shame.

And what's with the giant HUD elements that are clearly designed for touch-screen only devices? Garbage. Fucking wasted opportunity.

I believe if he logs into the US account he should be able to play online, but not with the other account.

Thanks guys.

Will ask him to try it out.

Well the dungeons aren't much to look at in P4G, but the gameplay inside is great. Anyway, its just my subjective opinion.

It's essentially SMT combat. If you want similiar with demon fusing in fixed, well designed dungeons go for Nocturne. Darker theme, no social links.

If you want party / skill tree (no demon fusing) with fixed, well designed dungeons go with Digital Devil Saga 1 & 2.

If you want action based combat with demon fusing go Devil Summoner 1 & 2.

Anyone here try out Hitman Absolution? I'ts on sale right now and was wondering if it's worth the price.Wanted to pick it up a while back but had a few games I wanted to beat first. 6 bucks seems like a pretty good deal.

She cleaned it off with a towel before dying.

I personally really like it, but some Hitman fans don't since it's a bit different from previous installments.

How have these games aged over the years? I had a good time with P3P but I don't think I could go back after P4G.

A Digital Devil Saga port for Vita would be awesome :)

I want to say I'd be active in it, but I barely post in this thread anymore so I'm not sure how active I'd be in the IRC lol.

I'd be in there every day.

I'm going to start one up tomorrow morning to see how it goes. It would definitely be nice to see chatter on am IRC Vita channel

Nice, I just bought it. Last time I played a Hitman game was way back on the Ps2 so I don't think the differences would bother me too much, if at all. Thanks for the input

I can name at least 20 RPGs just off the top of my head that have better dungeons.

Tales of Xillia 2 is not on that list, I suppose. I still need to try the post game dungeon, but most are boring with the lady one being terrible and really annoying.

Puzzles need to return, even if they're not that great. It improves de pacing and adds some variety. Vesperia and Graces had them. I remember the former had some nice ones using the Sorcerer Ring.

Still a great game, buy it people!

Vita wise, I must say Spyro looks amazing for a Ps1 game. Controls are quite good too.

There is zero story, right? I'm playing while I watch Blue Bloods with my parents so I don't hear what the dragons day when I save them.

Toukiden Extreme, Phantasy Nova and Moero Chrocnile are localized in Chinese. With Moero Chronicle is localized into English, additionally.

Wow. I'm not even sure how should I feel. Does Asia become a Vita heaven without me knowing for the past year?

Asia is more receptive of handheld gaming than the western market. Still a pretty small market though.

I think Sony asia is trying to grow thus segment to make up japan's decline. It has huge potential after all.

Well when i look at locations of my in game friends in Destiny of Spirits they seem to be quite succesfull.

Also Danganronpa 1 (finished game spoilers)

I was played chapter 1 again and
when "Junko" is killed there's a shitload of blood everytwhere but it has no effect on Toko. However in later chapters she is show to faint at any sign of blood and Genocide Jill emerges.

Joe Danger on Vita is killing me. The framerate, the pop-in, the dodgy hitboxes on stuff, the arbritary placement of foreground elements that severely limit your view of the track...

But I'll beat that stupid Ultra Hard Preview, goddammit. I cleared the Training Grounds already, and the UHP isn't THAT hard... at least it wouldn't be if Hello Games hadn't decided to throw a "fuck you!" at the player every ten seconds.

so Unity will be free for all devs on Vita . That means we will get(maybe) some nice unity shooters (Dead Trigger, Shadowgun etc) but with two sticks. omg that will be so good.

Personally, I think all of the PS2 era SMT games are still very playable and don't feel dated at all mechanically, just a bit in appearance (though they look fine for ps2 games). Persona games are very different from the other SMT games (other than combat system), so it really depends on what you're into.

If you play Persona for the social aspects and hate press turn combat, it's doubtful you'll dig the other SMTs. If you really like the press turn combat system and dungeon crawling, then I really think the other SMT games are even better suited to you than Persona is.

For example, Nocturne has a (infamous) miniboss early on that is hard as hell (if not impossible) unless you understand and exploit strengths/weaknesses/buffs/debuffs. The dungeons are complex, full of puzzles that need solving, etc. There's an entire (huge!) dungeon with extremely varied levels that's completely optional (though affects your ending). There's a deep plot, and you have npc friends, but your character is generally solo (plus his team of fused demons, obviously) and so there's no 'social' aspect.

Devil Summoner is perhaps the most at risk of becoming archaic, if only because it isn't turn based combat... but even the action combat still holds up imo. You summon your fused demons into the mini-arena and run around swinging and dodging, etc. It's got a cool overworld where you're essentially a detective, and the overworld skills of your fused demons help solve puzzles.

Digital Devil Saga is turn based combat, so also holds up. Very similiar in look/feel to Nocturne, it just is party based (iirc you have a party of 3 out of around 6 or so). Your characters -are- the demons, so there is no fusing. Your save potentially gives bonuses to starting DDS2, depending on what you accomplished.

You can't go wrong with any of them. The most archaic thing about them is the lack of trophies.

To me that means the new GR game is PS4-exclusive. That doesn't surprise me given the way SCE views Vita, but that doesn't make it any less disappointing. Obviously I want the IP to live on, but I was really hoping for PS4/Vita.

Bit late on this I know, just caught it, but if GR 2 truly is a PS4-exclusive then I hope Sony is ready for the incoming shitstorm.

hiro and toko hit her with the bottle right? i believe that's where the other blood came from

Not like they care. The Vita fanbase isn't big enough to make Sony feel like they have to appeal them.

I guess the only people who could understand this is Valkyria Chronicle fans. That was also a huge blow when they decide to move the platform from PS3 to PSP.
