With the launch of the new Nvidia Maxwell cards, I'm looking to offload my trusty EVGA GTX 660 Ti (02G-P4-3660)

Still a good card and way better than the GTX 750 ti cards.

Since the topic of submitting payments and adding the fees on has come up, I figured that I would mention that asking a buyer to pay fees or stating that they will pay them is against the PayPal ToS. If someone were to report you, I believe you would have your account closed. I have seen it get brought up quite often on BGG and anytime in an auction there where someone states that the buyer pays fees, people rush in to tell him that it is against the ToS.

I add the fees onto anything I buy unless it is something digital or someone with a crazy amount of good feedback tells me to save a couple bucks and use gift. It seems like more than a few other buyers ITT do the same. But if you are concerned about your account or following the rules, it is probably best not to tell sellers that they are paying them. Either eat the fee if someone doesn't voluntarily add it into the amount they submit to you or raise your prices by a few dollars. I suppose you could add something like a flat 'handling' fee for goods shipped maybe. Or just say "Buyer pays all PayPal fees" if you aren't bothered by the risk; I mean, I'm not gonna go tattling on anyone to PayPal or anything.

Just passing the message on though.
