My first exotic came tonight by way of earth farming at the cave. Finally! It's gorgeous! Did it for about thirty minutes and ended up with three purple, five blues, and wayyyyy too many greens to pick up and count. There were times when the would announce via text: Enemies fight each other... Or something like that. Basically in one occurence of these, the entire room behind the farming platform you stand on was spawning big, strong enemy types. It led to a whole lot of multi-kills though. Good stuff!

That event happened to me too. I killed myself on accident once because I forgot I had switched from my MG to a launcher and hit a Knight when he was like 5 feet from me. I've only ever seen one purple there.

What do you expect from a Pulse Rifle?
There are some decent, really stable, medium clip Pulse rifles that you can do moderately well in pvp with. It's just that Bad JuJu is none of these things.
God I fucking hate this. I have been happily going at my Bad Juju bounty, actually enjoying getting the moon strike down to a 7 min speed run and have gotten way way better at PvP for the sake of my 10000 points.
The gun looks amazing I was so looking forward to wielding it.
And now everyone is all "oh lol bad Juju haha yeah like BAD caus eit sucks oh man everyone who uses it is such an idiot haha better use a green autorifle instead like every other shmuck hyuck hyuck"

So today! I got my first Exotic Weapon Bad Juju! I also got two exotic armors for my Titan. She got the Crest of Alpha Lupi which she wears now, and that Helm of Inmost Light which I'll maybe use later but I'm not too sure about.
So far this has been a good week, I really need to get on leveling up Bad Juju though. Need to get that stability upgrades.
And earlier in the week, I got Heart of the Praxic Fire for my Sunsinger Warlock!

I'm late posting this, but I played the first couple of parts of the raid with some GAFfers and wow oh wow did I have fun. It's probably the company that made it fun more so than the actual raid.
We had a funny sequence with the whole "marked" thing because our designated relic user would only tap the cleanse/shield button and all night we were just saying "HOLD L1" regardless of the situation.
6 hours with very little progress but a whole lot of enjoyment.

meh, did everything there is.....let the buddy borrow the game....I'm going to go play something else for awhile. Will probably hit this again when the first expansion releases. What truly killed the game to me was that it has literally no social aspects. Sure other MMORPG's have a grind, but you have plenty of people to talk to when in game whether it would be in a clan, group, or being on vent and teamspeak. Destiny has none of this. Loading when having a person 2 feet from you when joining a fireteam is really a killer, no mic unless they are part of your fireteam. I can see the future looking great for this game, but right now it feels like WoW did when it first launched......amazing foundation, not enough content.

What combined arms does is it ONLY uses the maps with vehicles and it gives you a random 6vs6 game mode each match. So either Clash or Control.

It's basically Team Deathmatch on maps that have vehicles(All 2 of them) with a higher vehicle spawn rate. Yeah, awesome special event, I know.

How long does a strike playlist take to complete (if correct level). I want to jump into one, but do not often have more than an hour or so to play at a time and am afraid of it being a really big time investment. If my brothers and I stop half way through can I jump back in at a checkpoint like regular strikes? Sorry if asked already...

Should be about 30 min unless your team is really bad. Hasn't happened to me though where the team was just hapless. People have been pretty good.

I'm up for the weekly strike on PS4. I'm in the same situation as you. Gf is asleep and I'm sitting here still awake, playing for going on 4 hours now, so no mic. Tried to solo it but the last set of wizards during the 3 waves are relentless.
Is there some way to get good stuff somewhat fast without having to go through the terrible multiplayer? I want some better weapons, but player the multiplayer is just a nightmare and the most unbalanced game I have played in a very long time (and I love this game otherwise).

You can try nexus farming, waking the hive or the treasure cave. But that requires you to actually be willing to farm for hours upon hours.
Basically no, there isn't a quick way to get anything in destiny.
Farming shit sounds still leagues better than playing this multiplayer, so I guess I'll go for that.

You could get vanguard rep + marks and get guaranteed legendaries but hey that's just me talking here since farming is a waste of time in my eyes.

It gave me Alpha flashbacks.
On the Destiny wiki it says that Thorn (handcannon from exotic bounty) can be found on Mars. Anyone know if this is true?
