It will be the same thing since it takes you to the map after every mission anyway, and cut scenes are still there, even when you do daily story missions the cut scenes are there, annoyingly so since you can't skip them.

I've gotten 2 rare ships. Both brown, both with the same accoutrement (fins, missiles, etc), but a different basic body type. It's the weapons all over again :/

Edit: Do also allow me to point out that the person in question ALSO ran into the cave for ammo. I changed to a scout rifle halfway through the farm and was outlasting them. It's not like they were holding out for reloads either.

So I got my Vanguard up to rank 3. Is there any real reason to continue to raise that rank above three? Or should I move onto one of the other groups? I know I got a Vanguard pack once I hit lvl 3 that contained some Mote, Coin, and a Legendary gun. Wondering if any levels after 3 give your items.

Is it because I don't have a legendary primary? It just seems impossible to solo, literally like 5 witches come out during the last wave and they have endless plasma. They also take a while to go down without using a Heavy weapon.

There needs to be some kind of penalty for exiting out of a strike after a certain length of time into it. I had one the other day where the guy left right before the last boss.

Don't fight them in the room, fight from the hallway you came in from. Try and pull them into that stairway one at a time and take them out that way. Of course make sure you kill the enemies in that room first rather than running past them.

So yeah let's just pay for smaller DLC sized 'updates' which could easily be released for free as means to keep the game alive, not these all similar bounties and strikes.

The grind, aka the farming is real. Because there's not much else to enjoy is there?

Blizzard expansions are only called expansions because they combine with the main game. Outside of that, they're the size of full game releases. Which is also why they take much longer to be put out generally. Well until recently but even then, the full content of the expansion isn't available at release, usually the top raids/gear/rep grinds are added in major patches after the release.

Bad Juju? Ahh you're just getting started my friend. Enjoy grinding the ~200,000 xp to unlock String of Curses, the gun is absolute trash until that upgrade is done.

Eh.. I like it so far. The only down side is it eats through ammo crazy fast.

use void weapons, void machine guns will rip them up thanks to the buff. and like others said, if you lure them into he hallway they have nowhere to hide

Hammer Forged has a minor reload speed penalty, Send It has a magazine and inventory penalty, but slightly more range than Hammer Forged.

Definitely a case where the in-game descriptions aren't entirely clear on the effects :/

For anyone that likes farming Skywatch, I believe the ideal weapon is a scout rifle with exploding rounds. Perfect combo of range, fire rate, and magazine size. You can solo that cave pretty easily. I was using auto rifles for it before, but not anymore.

Also, anyone with experience with the explosive rounds perk also have experience with the perk that causes enemies to explode from a precision kill? I am quite accurate with a scout rifle, so I was wondering if that perk is as effective as it sounds.

If it causes enemies to explode the way warlock melee can, then that would actually be better for me than exploding rounds. The vanguard quartermaster is selling a scout with that perk. PEACE.

I just dismantled a Legendary gear for the first time. The feels. Didn't need it but still. Then I found it gave me 3 Ascendant Shards for doing so. WIN!

Say, I have 2 more Legendary items (for Hunter class) and 1 Exotic item (for Warlock) in my safe...

Might just dismantle those for all dem Ascendant Shards so I can hit level 28. Wonder how many Shards Exotic gear dismantlement gives you?

Don't get me wrong, it's one of the best PvE weapons in the game once Curses is unlocked but literally every level 20 Blue+ pulse rifle is more effective than it until then.

This is def. the way. Also, make sure you have a void rocket launcher if at all possible IMO. First, take out the Knights with it, then use a heavy ammo consumable if you need to when the witches come and aim very precisely, don't wanna waste.

The boss is actually easy using the cheese method of staying behind the door and shooting. I think there's a youtube video of it that someone posted.

Thats what level you are. If you hover over it you can see how much light you have and how much to the next level

For main weapons, AR and maybe hand cannons are good for pvp. For pve AR are good but hand cannons shine and some full auto pulse rifles do too (some people like scout rifles as alternatives to hand cannons)
