Has anyone from Bungie given an update that they hear our complaints and will fix stuff in a later free update or are they just keeping quiet?

Are you guys going to play this every day until the Expansion hits? As much as I love the game, I can't see me playing this for more than a month.

Hard to say but I doubt I'll be able to once other games start coming out. Driveclub is going to take up alot of my gaming time in a few weeks, then November is going to be a crazy month for games. I'm definitely going to try to play Destiny as much as I can still though. I don't know what it is about this game but I can't seem to stay away for very long haha.

Wish I knew about the shingen e in advance. I have been destroying guns Willy nilly.

always see if you should keep weapons to be able to make PvP setup and PvE setups :D

For example, i use a lousy Plasmarifle in PvP as it has ridiculous reload speed and a magazine of 6 shots instead of the most damaging one i use in PvE.
It's also good to check your abilities within the class to see what skills are useful in PvP vs PvE.

I just wish this game had Loadouts you could just quickly swap in and out.

Doubt it. I only play it for a day or two per week. Right now, WoW is my priority along with Driveclub when it releases next month. Unlike Destiny, I feel WoW makes me wanna play it every day but without the bullshit design decisions that affect the game in a bad way IMO.

Sometimes I wanna play an online game where I can communicate with strangers without having to invite them in my party.

P.S: WoW is my first MMO, so I'm no expert in MMO designs and stuff. Go easy on me, okay?

I've been thinking...I wonder what Bungie intends to do with the leveling system once we get into multiple expansions / the sequel(s). I mean getting to 30 might take a little while but I can't see how they could raise the cap to 40 if it's just going to be getting gear with even more Light on it.

Well, level 27. Now to do the impossible considering the language barrier, and find a clan for me and two of my friends who are level 27 too.

So I've just turned in three bounties, and despite having Thorn's Bounty still in progress, I've been awarded another!

So my choices are a Bad Juju, Pocket Infinity and Super Good Advice. Any idea which I should pick?

Not had an exotic bounty yet but then again not really turned many in! Only need a legendary in the heavy weapon slot now, rest is already legendary and exotic gloves from Xur at the weekend.

Created a Titan last night that I will level up as I have an exotic chest waiting for him in my storage.

Probably at least a crucible match per day. Destiny eclipsed my interest in WoW which I was playing before this. No monthly fee also means no real need to feel like I need to play to get the most for my money. I'll probably do weekly nightfalls for a challenge and pop on for the events that come up.

The Vault of Glass is incredibly fun and a real challenge too. It feels like they saved everything creative, interesting, and unique for this one long instance while neglecting the rest of the game.

It's a shame you had to go through so much nonsense to reach the point where you can enter the Vault. They spent too much time trying to gate player progression to slow people down because of the limited endgame content but all it did was make people mad.

It's such a bad design choice imo, they've cut the best part of the game off to those who don't have 6 friends to play with which I imagine is a sizeable amount of people. Sure you can go online and find groups to do it but it's not exactly ideal.

I know they've said they didn't do matchmaking for certain things because they don't think it works if people aren't working together and because it takes so long with raids that people will start dropping out but that also comes back to Bungie's bad decisions on trying to create some kind of social shared experience but implementing things which go completely against that idea at the same time. It's like they had 2 development teams fighting each other on whether you should even see other players at all, you can't talk to them (even in strikes/crucible games), they disappear the second they move into another area, you have to go through the whole orbit thing if you try to join someone's fireteam while on patrol etc.

anyone want to run the daily story on 28 to get 2 shards?

I am lvl 26 but with two others around that level we can easily pull it off

I love this game.

Most of the criticism is fair, but it wont stop me from loving this game.

The one thing I will not agree with though is the drop rate or RNG complaints when it comes to legendary loot.

Why does everybody expect to have all the best stuff two weeks after the game came out?

I don´t have a single legendary or exotic yet and I think it´s cool. When something finally drops for me it will feel truly special.

The game needs two or three loadout slots you can toggle between quickly, really hurts when I have to go change gear all the time for pvp and pve sometimes I forget.

Yeah I feel the same way. It's frustrating not getting the best stuff, but it's frustrating in a good way. It makes you want to keep playing. It's the people that are strictly farming for engrams and getting nothing that are complaining for the most part, and that's not a good way to play. Once you get marks and rep, eventually you'll get to a point where you can buy multiple legendaries and exotics at once and level up quite a bit.

Guys been farming for 40+ hours now and looked what dropped:

It it nice to have and exotic main weapon, but a Shotgun with a Sniper Scope! Shiiiiiit.

Not liking it so far, but I guess it will grow on me.

ccongrats, it's a killer in PvP, just slide when you blast away ;)

That's how some people burned out, I bought my first usable purple via faction marks and I'm happy

Went for Super Good Advice; seems slightly simpler than the others, despite having to wait for Xur.
This was by far the easiest one I saw. I've completed 3. The only grind was checking loot crates until I found the first gun on Mars. The 500 kills went really fast so i don't think it counts kills 1:1. Some enemies must be worth more. I went to patrol earth and killed low level fallen for 20 or so minutes.

Precision kills count for multiple points. I just went around headshotting dregs, ammo isn't much of a concern when you can get 3 points per bullet.

Right now I can't wait till it's friday again because I can buy myself a nice exotic piece from Xur :D It's cool to have stuff to actually look forward to.

Pls post crucible combat rating if you think shingen is best PVP auto

I'm 106.78

However I don't think the shingen is the best because it's a good gun, it's the best because it's overpowered on most maps and I refuse to use it unless i'm feeling like it, sticking to handcannons and scout rifles.
