Question regarding the Queens missions for anyone that might know; If you are a level 20 character with tickets for the missions but can't select them due to them being deemed to difficult... is it possible to join the fireteam of a higher level person and have them select the mission, do it and get the loot that it gives?

I think part of the reason that I'm enjoying the game so much is that I actually like all of the different game modes. I get tired of soloing story mode? Go do PvP, or strike playlist, bounties, farming, or drop in on other DGAF people doing something else.

I may not be GOOD at all of it, but Bungie has made a game that doesn't necessarily penalize me for being bad at things like PvP. (I guess the drawback for some people is that it also doesn't reward you for being good?)

I'm just one of those filthy casuals, but I'm probably gonna play this game for a long time. :)
 
Someone help me out here in regards to the raid. After you clear it I know the chests wont reset till next week but is it possible for bosses to still drop loot? Or are they also on a timer?

Pretty sure you can join anyone else doing the mission and get the reward as long as you have the ticket.
 
I'm level 24 and would like to any daily/queen/vanguard stuff.

Pm me your pan name and I will add you so hopefully we can play stuffs.

Tired of doing crucible cuz I'm solo at the minute.

You don't have to get a K/D spread of 25. All you have to do is get more kills than deaths for each game, and those stack across games. For example: say you get a 1 more kill than you do deaths in game 1, then in game 2 you get 3 more kills than deaths. Bam! The bounty is now at 4/25.

That's not hard at all. It's over the course of several matches, not just one match. Just have several games with a positive kd and you have it done. You really shouldn't have abandoned it, especially since the invective is insane in pvp. You're seriously going to regret doing that.

I think you just need 25 more kills than deaths over a period of time. Not 25/0 or 25/1 in a single match. Poor wording on their part.

It counts kills and assists.
It would take a special kind of bad to not be able to complete that one.

Also, you could get in a fireteam of 6 and join free-for-all. You could farm it up in a single match pretty easy with 5 friends.
 
Do the highest level enemies have better AI? Is it like a "legendary" mode?

Or did Bungie just up everybody's hit points and defense stats, and maybe throw more waves of enemies at you, but otherwise the enemies have the same AI?

Look, i know how it works. I've had it for 4 days, and done over 100 Crucible matches. My score got up to 20 once, is now back to 0. Sorry, but I'm done with this shit. Not everyone is good at pvp.

There are skulls that make enemies more aggressive and another that makes them not flinch when receiving damage.

Those two seem to alter AI quite a bit.

You can still get it done even if you're not good at pvp. Just stick with teammates and put shots into everything you see. Assists count towards it as well.
 
I have to say, this week's Nightfall is pretty easy, especially with full fireteam. Getting to the boss was more of a hassle. Got "The Calming" legendary fusion rifle as the reward.

Queen's bounty has been great, getting the shards I want for current gear and saving some for raid stop, if/when it drops.
 
Finished Invective a while ago.
Finally finished up Thorn. We killed all the minions to get to Xyor.
The final boss was still at like 80% health and no more minions spawned to help him out as we killed him.
Now need to finish up the Bad Juju and Pocket Infinity bounties.

Also, communicating Xyor through PS3 chat, don't think I've ever used it before.

Get 5 friends into free for all and get it done in a match or two. If you posted here or on reddit r/fireteams I bet you could get a group to do it pretty easily.
 
Yay! I got two guns, one exotic and one legendary for killing the final boss. That makes up for the endless materials hehe. Are the Mida Tool and Atheon's Epilogue any good?

Like i didnt think to try that over the past 100 matches? Anyway, it's done, i abandoned it, and i learned my lesson not to do pvp exotic bounties where the number can go down as well as up.
