I do wish there was a bit more variety in the physical appearances of the Legendary weapons. Just having a brand on the weapon of the logo of the faction it belongs to really isn't enough.

Many of them do have some different modifications on them that make them look different to basic models. Kinda like with the ships and two people having the same model of ship but with different little bits added to them.

You did know that one of the upgrades reduces recoil right? The weapon is insanely awesome once you get it upgraded. I have one final damage upgrade to make and then it's maxed for me.

I actually did the best with randoms or with one friend who understood how the mode works. We destroyed when we stuck together. But when one mate runs around constantly getting killed by the other team, we fall behind real fast.

It's RNG, some are going to be far ahead and some behind. Additionally, a lot of the cave farmers might be hardcore and *also* do the raid.

Their cryptarchs are prolly higher. Thats about it.

My Cryptarch is approaching 12 and I farmed another spot for about 2 hours in the past two weeks.

Can anyone explain to me how legendary armor light works.

Upgrades vary between 1/2/3 light.

The most light a set with one exotic and rest max purple is 118, which puts you at just barely a rank 29.

You need gear acquired from the Raid to get you higher

Two or three days ago i had nothing but a blue AR. Now i have 3 legendaries. Grim citizen (AR), aries nemesis (scout) and strange suspect (PR).

RNGesus acts in mysterious ways. Don't lose your faith brothers.

But playing the game puts you in a better position (i.e. Your Vanguard level is very high. You can buy whatever you want.)

Farmers also burn themselves out doing that shit. Its fucking boring and then they come in here to complain about the game and RNG

That really need to change up the bounties. Ones promoting good behavior, like capture 10 points is great, but "steal the devil walker kill" just makes me feel bad. A new level 8 guy was probably so excited to get his first public event,but I came along and dropped it like a dreg.

Anyone else get super pissed when fellow strike members stand at the entrance of the Moon strike (Phogoth) leaving you to do all the work. I think I ran a total of 50 Destiny miles going back and forth reviving those guys. Do you get rewarded and how much for revives?

....but despite it being RNG....I've done mostly normal play, but spent two days mostly AFK with PS Vita "absorbing" XP and drops from the Loot Cave. I also have done one Nightfall.

I cleared the raid for the first time last night and also received nothing but ascendant materials. I was bummed by it, but I tried to put it into perspective, as I also really needed those mats to upgrade my armor. So, all in all, it was not a complete wash.
