I'm just 3 coins short of the Suros, what can I do!?

And yes, I did the weekly Heroic Strike on level 26 (I'm 25). I could do the 28 for the 3 coins but I don't think I'd survive.

Please help!

I was afraid of that. I used to be the only game in town with a suros and it was glorious in pvp. Now im afraid to go in. I will surely be stomped without my unfair advantage.

the new one is every bit as good but you can't really solo it. you have to bring a buddy or meet someone there. the key is one person needs to stay behind by the railings while everyone checks the cave or all the enemies in that zone will spawn in when you do.

Venus, just past the tall statue. Bounty took me there, room with Servitor, Vandals and Dregs surprised me so thought I'd see how soon they spawned - between 5 and 8 seconds from death as long as you're at distance (blue flowers).

It's good in one way - take out the Servitor and he wipes the rest as he explodes, but can be hard to stop dregs doing what dregs do as they hide behind the pillars if you're not quick enough. Was easier with 2 and when using up all the purple ammo drops.

Please, somebody help. It will only take 2 minutes :/ I'm right at the end of a queen mission against the fallen guy in the airship and can't quite survive the last fight. PS4 id:WHOAguitarninja
 
Blessing of IV is legit. It increases your chances of more/better loot in silver chests. Its not guaranteed for every chest you open, but you get more loot frequently. My brother bought it and got 2 legendary engrams from chests at Rocketyard in about 20 minutes. Plus he got a ton of chests with uncommon gear to break down.

I'll do more extensive later tonight when I get on, but as of right now it works.

yeah, suros is all over pvp, if that's what you used to rely on then i'm afraid its gone now. luckily for me i have a monte carlo which has less impact and stability but makes up with firing rate.

but yeah, as i said before in this thread, selling exotic weapons is/was a bad idea all around. it makes finding one less rewarding.
 
I really wish it was possible to see the highest light rating a bit of armour can have.

My Queen's Guard Hood is maxed out with 27 light but I've finally got enough strange coins to buy from Xur but all he has is the Apothesosis Veil helmet which has 21 light basic.

Is it better to get a legendary chest piece since they have higher stats?

Might just wait until next weekend :/

My Blessing of the Gifted hasn't done much for me, but I haven't tried it out during a high level strike yet so I'll see what happens later tonight.

Are people who bought the gun today and taken the RoF evolution still not happy with it? It seems like a win-win. Slower RoF for more consistent yet more powerful head shots and better ammo conservation.

Who else got Patrol to rank I (50 patrols completed) on the grimoire cards? It says that I should get extra material for each patrol done, but it's the same as usual. What gives?
Note that I actually did way more patrols, but the game finally decided that I accumulated at least 50.
 
Damn, xur only has a helmet for my warlock when I need gauntlets. Does he ever carry gauntlets or should I just buy the helmet for looks?
 
Anyone else buy the suros? I upgraded It to the slow ROF when zoomed In but extra damage. And it seems.... Worse? No idea. Wish we did have a shooting range in the tower to test guns and their damage values. Dunno how the suros DPS compares to even my blue hand cannon.

And I wonder how the upcoming balance fixes are gonna work considering bungie is nerfing autos but buffing some exotics

Yeah, someone said that legendaries are almost more rare than exotics, which is kind of true, if they're going to take turns selling all of the exotics one at a time.
