Ha, I may have celebrated too soon. This weapon is in every way worse than my Rare Scout Rifle (Acheron SR5) besides impact.

I checked the upgrades and there's no updates to its stability, rate of fire, range...just its impact.

You can solo it. Hard but doable, I just did so to get enough coins to buy the Suros.

if you play destiny like a hallway shooter similar to cod, then guns like the suros regime are gonna dominate - but you have to be exposed constantly to get that kind of damage off in that sort of playstyle.
my favorite primary right now by FAR is the pulse rifle (finally found one with maxed stability) and its 2 shots on anyone who's not speccing full armor

I was like this too relying on random blues hoping they'd turn out to be rare fusion rifles until I found you can buy rare fusion rifles from the gunsmith so it's fairly basic. It is a beauty though I have to say.
Same here. Was missing one coin after doing the weekly 26 strike on my Lock and Titan so I just leveled Hunter to 12 and got the guaranteed one for Scourge of Winter.

man... i LOVE the hawkmoon for being such a bluecollar handcannon but in order to get the most out of it in PvP you absolutely have to make sure to keep an eye out for the two shots that do boosted damage. you can keep loading the deck over and over with the reload but those two lucky shots are critical in playing well with the hawkmoon

Can't do the raid tonight because I can't add people looking to raid, and all my listed friends have already done the raid this week, or they are underleveled.
My friends IRL want to do the raid tomorrow, but honestly there is no chance of us finishing it because 1/2 of them are not even at 26, and they are incompetent when it comes to following directions.
. Yeah its hard.
Which is really easy this week because you can just turn around at the start and go back into the Ishtar Academy and kill all the enemies there. If you die you are only on the regular 5 sec respawn timer and do not get sent back to Orbit. Works great.

Yea and without a doubt you need communication and people that can follow directions. If you don't have that then you aren't beating it. Shame PSN had to act up tonight.

its not flashy, but its just amazingly efficient. i could probably wreck pvp with the invective all day and night but the hawkmoon is probably the most satisfying weapon i've ever used in the crucible
It's too fun for Bungie to just leave it open.

From Orbit, the missions on the left. The top should be open. Play and beat those and get legendary gear and maybe a weapon.

Should I get the Hunter Exotic for a future Hunter? Or get Suros now for all characters? I already have Bad Juju (which I hear is getting a buff) and a full set of Legendaries for my other weapon slots, but I don't know which to pick.
