1. A Dubious Task(Invective)
2. Toland's Legacy(Bad Juju)
3. A Light in The Dark(Thorn)

I'm leaning towards Bad Juju because my experience with hand cannons has been poor in pvp(where I spend a lot of time now because grinding stinks) and the shotgun is nice and all but I've got a full arsenal of blues at the moment, so I'm reluctant to spend a precious exotic on a secondary weapon. Thoughts?

I've read mixed things about Thorn and Juju. Bungie say they're underpowered and will be give a buff at some point.

Shotguns are going to have their range reduced, but even if that happens Invective will still be a beast. The full auto burst does incredible damage, and becomes much easier to control when you unlock the stability upgrade.

Whenever I run my exotic primary I feel bad for not taking this gun.

Practice the hell out if the four shot auto burst. It's incredible.

The problem will always be getting six willing souls on at the same time. I mean, I'm willing most of the time but I've gotta call it quits in the early hours of the new day. Lotsa pre-planning is a must which is holding so many back, but also making it all the sweeter. Dancing on Atheon's dead body was amazing. We finished our first run of the week on Friday afternoon, and are supposed to run it again for two newbies tomorrow sometime (now we know what to do proper, should be a four hour thing at best).
I mean, I was originally running it with heroman and....I'll call him jarek as I always forget his gaf nick , crash, toda and....dante left but sadly I can't remember who replaced him due to booze! But, those guys end up starting at like 2-3am for me, and whilst I want to I can't realistically run that regularly. I'd love to again as it was hilarious last time, but probably won't happen any time soon. So I usually run with Britgaf, but even then sometimes they want to run at times when I have work or family commitments so it's really sketchy.

It's that timing thing .Getting everyone at a time where they're able to sit at the tv for hours on end is a real bitch.

Personally I love the Thorn in PvP, and there's a buff coming to it. I'd honestly say pick the weapon you think you'll use the most. I will say he Invective is absurdly powerful for pvp when fully upgraded. I can't speak for the Bad Juju since I haven't upgraded mine, but I've heard some people say it shines when fully upgraded. Tbh you really can't go wrong.

Do you like garbage? then pick Thorn or bad juju. If you like good guns pick Invective

I would not play salvage or skirmish(any game mode with revive)with randoms. It's just too frustrating going up against a party that's sticking together, while your teammates are running out to die.

If I have to play with randoms I always invite the best randoms I come across to my fireteam. I usually have a half capable team going after three or four matches.

It's actually considered a fusion rifle, with a modifier that requires no charge time and shoots one bolt at a time.
