I'm surprised how many people sprung for the editions that included it. Very interesting though! Least I know I'd have a bunch of people from this thread to play with hahaha

Nothing official yet no besides vague "new gear, new strikes, new raid"

However, I would count the chance of new exotics as 100%. Exotics in this game are huge, interesting part of the endgame and build-changing new ones would be a powerful incentive to shell out for DLC.

Yeah sucks that we have to pay for it, unless it is a big update like a new planets then I dont mind paying a bit.

Crucible sucks so much dick if you're not 20+. You might have a stat boost but it means jack shit when everyone else is using better overall weapons.

I also disagree. I've leveled a titan exclusively in crucible without doing more than the first 2 required pve missions. Its fun and action packed and I hope everyone felt good seeing a level 4 in the top 3 for 47 games straight

But he's talking about hoarding all engrams, not just legendary, to level up the Cryptarch after Tuesday so they get fast levels and gifts post patch. I bet they'll also nerf the gifts he sends you though.

Might surprise you to learn that I'm not. Pricing is pretty steep and as much as new gear, strikes, and a raid are stuff I want, I would wait for a sale/coupon or multi-pack.

If there are surprises in there my mind might be changed, we'll see.

Like others here, I bought the Digital Guardian edition so I am ready to go for both DLC packs. However, I am concerned it will be more of the same and not add meaningful mission variety.

I will say Bungie has their work cut out for them, I spent $90 on this based purely on hype and Bungie's reputation. It is a good game, but it is a lot of money. They better deliver or I probably won't pick up Comet, let alone Destiny 2.

Fighting Atheon at the end of the raid I wad consistently getting a glitch with The Last Word.

Randomly, more oftenly after i died, my hand canon would fire like a normal gun. No special animation and it would shoot slow like a normal hand canon speed. It would sometimes go a little faster again but stayed slow for the most parts. Sometimes it fixed itself when i unequipped and re-equipped it.

Did anyone else encounter a glitch like this?

Looks pretty legit to me. I knew the Jovian Complex was going to be a new strike.

I didn't see King's Watch in there. We know that is probably a new story mission.

With the Expansion pass I got from my limited edition, yes I will do so. I look forward to what the Moon Raid will bring.

Where is this coming from? I don't like the amount of content in the base game either but they could still have the icons and descriptions for future content in the game without having finished said content.

Perfect time really. You'll get a free leveled character for the expansion and there is significantly more shit to do at the cap.

To clarify what JCizzle said, you get a level 90 boost for your WoW character (Be it a new character or level 60 character) by pre-purchasing/pre-ordering Warlords of Draenor (And don't worry, you can still get the boost even if you bought it at release).

My daughter started her Destiny last night, played through a few missions. I wasn't sure how she felt about it, he conclusion was "it's okay".

She woke up this morning and asked to play right after breakfast. I go work outside for a few hours, and now her Hunter has the throwing knife, double jump and her Sparrow. She's discovered the joy of stabbing things in the face, and of the shotgun. She doesn't want to stop playing.

I think she likes it.

It made me realize that, when you don't care about the story (she doesn't) and just want to run around shooting things and feeling awesome, Destiny shines pretty damn bright. She's having a ball.

That's awesome. Enjoy these days. I have so many good memories of gaming with my twin daughters. We tore Kameo (RIP old Rare) up together way back when! Destiny is a lot of fun as a FPS Diablo. I prefer to make up my own narratives anyway.
