Does anyone have a good breakdown of the different factions you can get rep for and why to choose one over the other. I'm at a loss as to why I would choose one faction over another and divide my rep earning time?

I've purposesly hit Cosmodrome Patrol for public events many many times in the last 3 weeks, and never once has the event not happened.

Steel Oracle is a menace to society. Exploding in proximity with max blast radius tears apart PvP and PvE. Having two in the clip and a fast reload after killing someone makes it even more powerful. I've really liked it and it's my go to weapon. I have chest armor that allows me to carry more Heavy Weapon ammo too, so that helps.

I'm not usually using the time either, unless I am actively looking for PEs. But I still cant count how often i just started a random mission or patrol and ended up in a PE. Twice today even, once in the Nightfall and once doring the Daily.

Is it possible to get this and the Monte Carlo on Xbox? Obviously the word "exclusive" would tell me no, but people here on Xbox have said they have picked up the Monte Carlo. Wasn't sure if it was a glitch, they're dirty lying bastards, or what.

Just check their gear and take your pick, I guess.
 
So what's the final Light amount on fully upgraded legendary gear? 25? What does exoctic give you at max?

As someone who runs the events at least once a day on 3 different characters, it can definitely not happen. For one, you need someone else in the area for it to trigger - you can't do it alone, for the vast majority of the time. It just won't trigger. Other times, you'll get the "enemies are moving against each other" thing, instead of the public event. Other times it just won't happen for whatever reason.

I thought the same thing. Problem is you dont have any upgrades on your weapons or skill trees. I average 1.55 kd with my other character. With my level 11 I was barely scratching 1.0 kd. Bear in mind I was in with my lvl 28 friend so I was continuallu going against 27+. Playing crucible alone isnt what I want but if it's the fastest, it'll have to do.
 
I was just in bed on remote play and got three caterpillar disconnects in a row. WTF!? The remote play was buttery smooth and I don't seem to be having problems with my PSN or my internet.

I am pretty fond of the Red Hand IX I got out of an engram. I don't use it that often but it comes out for Atheron at least. Fucks up Supplicants something fierce, has a 10 round clip and rolled Flared Magwell for the big reload bonus. I think the other two were kills refunding ammo to surplus and bonus damage after kills. Pretty much saved our ass tonight actually because the attempt we killed Atheron things almost went to shit, I randomly got turtle-in-time'd with only one other guy and had to solo kill all the Oracles. Without the reload I don't think I would have made it.
 
I really thought the patch had already gone live. First thing I got when I decrypted a purple engram earlier was some legendary booties. Huh.


Unless it's suddenly gonna turn my engrams into Ice Breaker and Thunderlord, though, it doesn't really affect me. Although I can always use more shards.....

If you don't have one of those available, a Defender in his bubble is DYING for you to come attempt something.

edit: We have no idea when the patch is hitting. It may not be today. Somebody jumped the gun on that last title change XD

A Bladedancer can also jump right in and kill them if they're caught unaware.

I ought to try Gunslinger more in PvP. I'm very reliant on my Bladedancer abilities and even in my matches last night (I played 5 Clash games intentionally handicapping myself by never using Arc Blade), Stalker, Blink Strike and Blink were completely crucial to my success.

Ahh, enjoy. It fires very well from the hip, and don't be afraid to toss bullets away. 13 rounds is quite a lot of rounds.

I think our friend is mistaken. Last Word is an exotic and does not have an extended magazine perk. So not sure how it can be upgraded to 12 ammo clip. At least the one I have does not and I am under the impression exotics don't have random rolls on their perks, it is always set correct?

I've done 4 queen missions. I got a helmet the first time, and the same chest armor 3 times in a row. During one I found my first purple engram drop in the wild and it was a blue cape I already had. God damn it.

I beat the raid last night before the reset.

It is the most fun thing to play in the game when everyone knows what to do. I really wish there were more missions that required cooperation like that.

I'm almost level 2 with the Queen and haven't seen nothing but Chests and Helm...yet I keep going back :(
 
Time to clear the Vault a fifth and sixth time tonight!

Just got the sparrow and Atheon's Epilogue left to get, plus some armor pieces.

Hope I can grab em this time.

Edit: Rare fusion rifles are up for 34 more mins

Disappointed the patch hasn't gone live. I won't forget this, Dax. At least everything reset so still stuff to look forward to tonight. Been waiting to get 10 more crucible marks for days.
