• Buy a new helmet to replace this dumb-dumb-dumb looking Queen's Helm.
• Buy a solar Legendary Rocket Launcher (I have no legendary heavy weapons & it would help with the weekly strike).
• Buy a rare Sparrow once I save just a bit more.

CHOICES.

I just ditched the Queen's chest. Am happy now

Saw a guy yesterday rocking Voidfang Vestments with the God of War shader, looked pure beast mode. As much as I like Heart of the Praxic Fire, it sucks that shaders have no effect on it beyond the waist belt.

On the Devils Lair Strike at the end (when showing the loot reward for the mission) the screen had lightning? of some sort and the controller was rumbling? I don't know if that means anything or if it's just from when the mission ended and I was being shot up by enemies when it ended. Either way looked kinda cool. I've done that strike probably 50 times and never saw it happen before.

I love all those ideas. I've also been saying that greens should dismantle into planet-specific materials.

Exactly - it's so simple yet will add a ton of value to loot! What purpose do weapon and armor parts serve in the end-game? Most of have in the hundreds. By adding an extra spice to green loot, Bungie will be extending the life of their game.

Yup me too. Have been sitting at 200 cap for a while in the hopes that Bungie will do something. Anything.

Bungie also needs to get it thru their fat skulls that I don't want to play Crucible. Ever.

So I'm at level 26, and all of my gear is legendary but other than the gauntlets which I just got yesterday, all of them are only upgraded without the ass shards. I kind of don't want to spend the shards now on legendary gear when I know I can get exotic gear from the raid.

I haven't done the raid yet but should I bother upgrading some of my gear with shards to make the raid easier or just tough it out? I only have 12 shards on me so I can't upgrade all of my armor.

An ass shard would be a huge reward. I got top 3 all the time. I could grind out 20 shards a day.

@Vespene and cpp_is_king: Those are totally valid points, and ones I hadn't really considered. Seeing the loot that drops, even if it doesn't go to you does make a difference. At least you know someone is getting something, which makes your group stronger. And I never even considered the fact that 6 people could go through Vault and none of them could see a gear drop. To have no one in the group progress at all in terms of gear would be a huge bummer.

Im not sure that's possible. I think each boss drops at least one gear, you just don't see it unless it's you.
