First Viz licenses Tokyo Ghoul's manga for English release.
Then we get a season 2 of the anime (although first season was mediocre it at least made Tokyo Ghoul a lot more popular. Gotta give credit where it's due).
And finally we get a confirmed sequel.

I feel it's him considering his hair which is gray. To symbolize that both white and black hair Kaneki have come together as one, shown from the recent chapter that had both. Also add to the fact that Haise (new name) on the cover likes to read books which is something that relates to Kaneki. Shit even his measurements match Kaneki. So yeah my money is on Kaneki indeed being Haise the one on the cover.
Though if Haise is just a clone of Kaneki just to troll everybody. I'm gonna be severely disappointed.
