Yeah, pretty sure it'll just be The Order, Bloodborne, Uncharted and Ratchet remake.
If there is any game play shown of the last two games I mentioned I'll be a little interested, otherwise not at all.

Which means a potential 3 days of video game goodness. Although, my question is, with the PlayStation event (December 6th-7th) starting just a day after VGA/VGX (December 5th), would Sony hold off any announcements for their own show, or would they take advantage of both events?

Now when I recalled those tweets, I remember @TheSakeDiary mentioned something about not being a big fan of meetings and how this was not the usual meeting, but now that tweet is no longer. I have a feeling this could be the title that will be revealed, and since all the rumblings are coming from the SCEE side of things, it is seeming more likely this can be the title that will be reveled shortly. Seeming less likely this will be a SCEA title.

However he also said that it's waaaaaaay off from an announcement, so it won't be it.

There was a rumor that Sony tried to buy Hello Games right before No Man's Sky announcement but they wanted to release the PC version. But if Hello Games can't get the game running to how they want and they get help from Sony's external devs then it would be exclusive.
