You absolutely take this deal. Given you own Rodgers you're giving up nothing with Cutler, and nobody knows when Calvin will be back or how healthjy and productive he will be when he is.

Whoever is offering you this trade has no fantasy chops whatsoever.

Picked up Crowell, put 'em at FLEX. Didn't get Malcom Floyd, do I pick someone up?(Storm Johnson, Andre Holmes, Jared Cook, someone else) or start someone from my bench(Frank Gore, Brian Quick, Keenan Allen, Eric Decker)

ok so received a trade offer :

His Kelvin + Sproles for my Bradshaw

RB : Gore, Bush, Asiata, Bradshaw, Matthews
WR : Maclin, Green, Hawkins, Allen

.5 PPR.

I'm thinking this works for me...

I'm not sure I'd take the downgrade at RB. As long as Bradshaw is healthy on that offense he is a top 10 guy. Sproles is going to be very up and down, and you aren't particularly strong at RB to begin with.

Your running back depth isn't so hot. You'll never be able to play Sproles. Its pretty much a trade for Benjamin for Bradshaw. If you able to live with Gore and Bush as your starters then do it. Gore is the only one who isn't really on a time share with another back. Matthews is gonna come back but he'll be sharing time with Oliver. Does this dude have any other backs that are acceptable?

DeMarcco or Oliver.

And that's it...

We start 1 RB, 2 WR, and 2 FLEX.

Anyone else playing on Yahoo and not have waivers process yet?

Trying to figure out if it's just our league, or some other kind of glitch

Do I start Brees (@DET) or Wilson (@STL) this week?

I finally started Wilson over Brees this past week due to NO's bye, and of course Wilson tossed a stinker. He has been super solid every other week tho.

Man, even though I lost Cruz, I had a great start to the fantasy week. I had been trying to trade Gio Bernard for a second top WR. Then I got the news that Lamar Miller was taking the top spot in the Miami. I had been trying to trade Miller for weeks with no bites at all. Last night I got a trade offer from a team with killer WRs (Jordy, Brown, Sanders, Hopkins, and Randle) but poor RBs (Pierre Thomas, Hillman, Bush, Sproles, and Crowell). He offered me Randle and Sanders for Lamar Miller. I couldn't say no to that. I traded a spot starter for a very solid WR2 (Sanders) and a guy with tons of potential (Randle). I dropped Cooks to make it work.

On top of this, I had the last waiver spot and still came away with my top two targets. I dropped Cruz for Jordan Reed and Keenan Allen for Carson Palmer. The only reason I got Reed was because my friend (who has been starting Donnell) drunkenly requested Nilea Paul instead. Needless to say, he was pretty pissed when he woke up. Now my team looks like this:

QB: Stafford, Palmer
RB: Forte, Bernard, Jennings, Hill
WR: Dez, Wallace, Michael Floyd, Gordon, Sanders, Randle
TE: Bennett, Reed
D: Lions
K: Prater

This week I plan on running:
QB: Palmer
RB: Forte, Bernard
WR: Bryant, Sanders
TE: Bennett
Flex: ???

I'm pretty sure I'll run with Wallace (who has been unspectacular but solid) but I'd love to hear an argument for anyone else. Thanks!

I'm not sure I'd go Wallace over Randle. He's now that teams no. 1 option.

I'm considering it. Wallace has been between 9-13.5 points every week. They're not killer numbers but I can count on them. Randle's a little all over the place. I might just keep an eye on him, see how the targets look this week, and look to start him in week nine.

Should I take AJ Green and Sproles and give the guy Decker and Gore? My receiving core is basically nothing with Keenan Allen being the first one I drafted.

AJ Green is not going to play this coming week. Sproles is on a bye and also banged up. Both of these guys might not play for a few weeks. I wouldn't do it.

Do you have enough depth at running back to be ok with losing Gore?

That's my main problem, my other RBs are next to be dropped(Crowell, Robinson) and Murray and Matt Forte.

In that case, how should Gore do against Denver this week? Should I be starting him or are the waiver options(Dwayne Allen, Storm Johnson, Jared Cook) that could do better.

WR3:
Percy Harvin or Mohmed Sanu?

Having just picked up Percy in my dynasty league last week, I'd play Sanu.

Percy needs a prove it week. Even though we could consider his 3 td game a prove it game, he needs to be more consistent to be trusted.

Sanu is the Bengals passing offense till Green returns.

Someone in the league got in his ear and told him he was insane for this deal and he listened unfortunately.
He's come back with Bryant,McCoy and Asiata for Leveon and Brown.

They're saying Green is day to day and has a shot to play. I dunno what I could trust from that though.

http://fantasynews.cbssports.com/fa...is-bengals-aj-green-has-a-shot-to-play-week-7

Actually, he missed practice today so I dunno.

I live here in Cincy and everything I've heard would indicate he will be out this week (by his own admission) and possibly the next. Bengals are being very conservative with him. I could be wrong but I'm saying he for sure misses this week and has maybe a 50/50 shot starting week 8. As for McCoy I heard on the espn fantasy podcast yesterday that he is nursing a knee injury luckily Eagles are on their bye so it's he might be good by week 8.

how much $FA would you put on Randel?

I'm hurting at WR this week with Green out and Maclin on a bye. It's basically Allen and Hawkins. I have 44 to spend and have my claim in on him at 28 right now.

Also have an $8 on McKinnon to drop Asiata that probably won't go through.

10 team league, 4 points per passing TD, 0.4 per catch, deep rosters:
2 QB, 2 RB, RB/WR flex, 3 WR, WR/TE flex, TE, D/ST

Roster:
QB: Matt Stafford, Eli Manning, Derek Carr
RB: LeSean McCoy, DeMarco Murray, Rashad Jennings, Fred Jackson, Khiry Robinson, Jerick McKinnon
WR: Andre Johnson, Roddy White, Julian Edelman, Kendall Wright, Rueben Randle, Malcom Floyd, Robert Woods
TE: Rob Gronkowski
D/ST: Chargers, Patriots

I'm in first place and want to sell high on DeMarco Murray to bolster my roster, particularly since my QBs are Fat Stafford and Eli Manning and my WRs are a bunch of participation points guys that make me uneasy.

Would offering Murray and one of my QBs for Peyton Manning and LeVeon Bell be a ridiculous starting point?

What do you guys think of this deal for me?

Eddie Lacy for TY Hilton and Darren Sproles (dropping Davante Adams)

My current roster:
QB: Cutler
WR: Decker, Fitzgerald, Cooks, Shorts, Colston, Adams
RB: Lacy, McCoy, Tate, Oliver
TE: Cameron, Kelce

I wouldnt do it. I think you could get someone better than Hilton for Lacy. Don't sell low.

Also I just traded Fred Jackson for Terrance Williams in a 12 team standard league. Thoughts? I already have Lacy, Ellington, Gio, Lamar, J. Bell, and Jeremy Hill for RB and for WR I just had Jordy Nelson, Torrey Smith, and Brian Quick.

I think you could a more legit WR instead of TY.

Yes, he had a great game, but that's really been it the entire year. But yes, focus on obtaining a WR as your current corp is not very good.

I think Lacy plus a guy like Cooks, could easily pull in a top 10 WR. I wouldn't even bother with Sproles. You aren't going to play him and McCoy ever at the same time. I haven't given up on Lacy and still see him as a top 10 RB every week. But you need help at WR more than needing Lacy.

I wouldn't be quick to cut Adams either. Give him a few more weeks to see where this may go.

Simple question...have Foles on Bye...need a QB...not a ton of options...
Carr/Hoyer/Orton?
I'm leaning Carr...but Hoyer is tempting against Jacksonville...but I think they may just run all day...Thanks!

Hoyer is safest against Jax.

Carr biggest upside.

I wouldn't bother with Orton.

I'd go Hoyer, but that's just me.

I'm in a 16 team league. Pickups are super shallows. With Lamar becoming the starter in Miami and finding both Tate and Crowell on the wire, I just traded Lacy for Steve Smith. I wanted him off my team and I found no better offer. Plus it keeps me from playing Beckham this week.

I'm now hopeful I can swing Maclin and Donnell for Gronk. If I can work the trade (and I might because he's starting Andrew Hawkins and Boldin currently), that would leave me with:

QB: Cutler, Palmer
WR: Smith, Jeffery, Beckham Jr.
RB: Tate, Miller, Ingram, Crowell
TE: Gronk
K: Graham
D: Denver

That would be pretty solid for a 3-3 team still in the thick of the playoff hunt, eh? I traded Vincent Jackson and Trent Richardson a few weeks ago for Ingram. I'm still hopeful that pays off for me.

If I can't get Gronk, what's the next TE I should target? I just don't think Donnell cuts it and there's no one on the wire.

Important week for me, have a bye next week, facing one of the top teams in the league and fighting for 1st, here's what I got:

QB:Peyton Manning
RB: Matt Forte
RB: DeMarco Murray
WR: Mohamed Sanu
WR: Terrance Williams
WR/TE: Jordan Cameron
TE: Delanie Walker
FLEX: Isaiah Crowell
FLEX: Dwayne Allen
K: Matt Prater
D/ST: Bills

Bench: Nick Foles, Frank Gore, Brian Quick, Eric Decker, Keenan Allen, Josh Gordon, VJax(bye)

I've lost faith in Allen, and after watching the Monday Night game, quickly lost faith in Gore and Quick especially against good defenses this week. Anything I need to change GAF?

At this point in the fantasy season sometimes a player is who he is, and you have to realize they aren't going to be the huge scorer they were a season ago (Keenan Allen, Michael Crabtree). At this point Eddie Lacy falls into that category; he just isn't an RB1 anymore. He's failed in numerous cupcake matchups and he's splitting carries evenly with James Starks now. If you can trade him off his numbers last year do it, but don't expect to get a huge haul back.

Also I would not touch Sproles, he's a flex play and suffered a MCL sprain.

Patriots D or Seattle D this week?

I feel like I'm going to regret not starting Seattle, but the Patriots D are looking good and they're playing the Jets.

Can you pick up cousins? He might stink in real football but he puts up pretty good fantasy numbers.

Jordan Reed or Larry Donnell this week folks? I know Donnell has put up a couple stinkers bit with Cruz out, what do you think?
