If you could choose any Nintendo Character to appear in a Senran Kagura Game, who would it be? Or Would you prefer Nintendo themed outfits, like those in Bayonetta and Tekken?

Of course, it would be unlikely, but I would love to invite Samus or Princess Peach to appear in Senran Kagura games.

Of course, we all know it's never gonna happen (I remember reading about how peculiar Nintendo was about Peach's swimsuite in the Sonic olympic games, in order to avoid her looking "too sexy" or something), but I found that quote pretty funny. Just trying to imagine Peach in a Senran Kagura games is making me laugh out loud.

Other "interesting" questions:

Would you consider another Anime series or adding English voiceover to the games?

I’m considering a second season for the TV anime series. But, before that, Senran Kagura Estival Versus will go live in Japan and, for the PS4 limited edition, I’m making a 30 minute original animation. In that animation, characters from Gessen and Hebijo appear in an anime for the first time ever. Even if you don’t understand the Japanese language, the substance of this anime is basically stripping off and getting stripped – so it should be possible to understand what’s going on! For voiceover, the games will launch in the future with Japanese voice, and English subtitles – so please check them out and I hope you enjoy them.

The next thing I want to do is touch. Well, more touching the screen, or rather, should I say, touch using some kind of camera or other device. I would love to do something like this. Little by little, I’m trying to bring 2D characters closer to you – maybe sometime, touching and smelling can come true!

Senran Kagura was created to bring 3D Breasts to the 3DS. Are you looking at Oculus Rift?

Since I first saw information about Oculus, and Sony’s Morpheus, I’ve been dying to bring Senran Kagura to those platforms! It gives me many ideas for potential new games – I would like to make games where you’re surrounded by beautiful girls, it’s fascinating!

Why did you decide to mix cooking and rhythm games in Dekamori (Senran Kagura: Bon Appetit) and what’s your favorite type of cake?

The idea for “Dekamori Senran Kagura” (“Senran Kagura: Bon Appetit”) came from thinking about the three primitive urges – sexual desire, appetite for food, and the need for sleep. The previous games in the Senran Kagura series were inspired by our sexual desire. The next desire I thought to work with was appetite. At the very beginning, I decided to use cooking as theme, and to design the game concept around that. And for gameplay, it wouldn’t work to have fighting battles with the characters holding cooking equipment, or playing instruments made out of vegetables! So, in order to expand the SENRAN KAGURA world, I thought a different game style was needed. So, I had the idea of combining a rhythm game with the theme of cooking, singing and enjoying!

My favourite cake is “Mont Blanc”. It looks like tits with a chestnut on top.

I can see sexy nintendo themed outfits appearing in SK games though.

Nothing. It's never gonna happen. Nintendo isn't THAT open with 3rd-party collaborations ;)

There won't even be a Zelda costume or anything, they don't want to be associated with that kind of games.
 
Change that to Palutena and Rosalina and we have a deal.
Hyrule warrior shows that Nintendo is willing to make compromises with devs like that.
 
I've never played Senran Kagura and probably never will, but I have to at least admire Takaki's honesty and passion about his raging love for...uh...the female body. And Ikkitousen-levels of hilariously destructible clothing.

Rock on, Takaki. I guess.

PS - Please leave Samus and Peach alone. :[

A wet dream, but I like his ambition.

I mean, hey, Nintendo let Bayonetta amp up the sex appeal on the Link Costume. Different situation and factors, sure, but who would've guessed it was Nintendo giving the A-Ok to make pixels sexier?
