Many Japanese retail games don't reach that number so i would say yes.

Legend of Mana: I tried to enjoy this game, one of the few Squaresoft games on the PSX that i never finished or gave a shot, but my god it's so boring. the fighting stinks, there's not really any structure to it and it all feels kinda aimless. Your main character has, well, no character to him/her at all, and (at least on the vita) it's somewhat difficult to tell where to go in a background to continue to the next screen.

I enjoyed myself more watching the introduction to Vagrant Story than i did in my 4-5 hours of trying to play LoM. I guess i'm moving on to VS and trying my hand at that instead.

The first one isn't very good. it's a VN built with RPG Maker and there is a ton of trial and error involved.

there was one section where a ghost was trying kill me. It happens after about 5-8 minutes of unskippable cutscenes and it took me about 4 tries to figure out what the hell the game wanted me to do.

I like the game in theory, but its execution leaves a lot to be desired.

I think it's a prequel to the first one, so it might be better to play the first one first so that the prequel plays better.

either way, i walked away from that never wanting to play a CP game again and almost completely walking away from VNs as a whole (it was my first VN since I played Snatcher in the 90s). Luckily, i discovered the Zero Escape games and feel much better about things now.

What didn't you like about it? Asking as someone that hasn't played either before, but was interested in checking them out.

I enjoyed what I played of the first one
seriously, I need to actually finish the games I play at some point
. Atmosphere was great, very unsettling and full of scares. If you're not a fan of clunky control schemes and older save systems then you might not enjoy it. Can't speak for FF2 or 3, but I've heard great things about the second game.
 
Oh come on, it might not fit in with a zombie/ghost themed sale, but EDF 2017 Portable would be great for a general Halloween sale. ;_;

Here's hoping Namco-Bandai agrees and it's just on sale anyway sometime soon.
