3, VC and SA are all incredible, and each has at least one major attribute that is relatively lacking in the others

Yeah I know 4 is shit but you get the point. SA is the superior PS2 game.
Now that's an opinion you don't see everyday. I love all of them.

The current (soon to be previous version) has a custom radio station, so you can do it that way, but, if it is like vice city, you can use the original file that has all the music in, and just replace the new one. Can't remember the file extension name though

Voices cutting out in the cutscenes,which makes me cry, I missed the voice acting in the big scene where big smoke makes a ridiculously large order at cluckin bell.
(PS when you start to watch that cutscene, look at the entrance to the drive-thru, all the character models used in the scene are standing in one spot in the jesus-crucified-to-a-cross-pose)
but yeah, most cutscenes losing voices makes me not want to play and hope a patch gets released.

doesn't matter with a custom soundtrack station. I added the cut songs back to Vice City and added some era appropriate ones as well.
it even works like the other stations where it'll be mid song somewhere when you get into a car.
Thus why it's nice to still have the PS2 version (or PS2 classic / Xbox classic). Custom soundtrack station also allow you to add missing songs if you which, so it's not that big of a deal imo. Biggest bummer is the seemingly lack of polish, so a patch wouldn't hurt.
Anyway, it doesn't bother me given the great price (I could easily double dip for a PS3 or even PS4 version if the price is just as good).

Don't listen to these guys. You only need to play all but the GTA 4 stand alone game.
Haven't played 5 yet, so the remaster is perfect for me.

The framerate is pretty awful for me, not unplayable but CLEARLY not 30, especially when driving fast I feel like it gets closer to 20.
edit: Just to be clear when I'm like standing still or shooting it runs fine, it seems like it chugs when it has to stream.

shouldn't the 360 be powerful enough to run this at 60fps without any dips?
I mean GTA IV runs at the same framerate but has 10 times as much detail and stuff going on

Well technically the steam version and all versions other than the original PS2 versions of Vice City have been touched.

Disappointed to hear about the song omissions AND the unsteady frame rate. I had considered picking this up but I doubt I will now.
If you bought the Steam version prior to the dispute, the soundtrack is the same as the original.

What is even the point of this? I'd like an Xbox One and PS4 port of Vice City and San Andreas. Vice City I would kill for... but not some lazy last gen port of SA. sigh.

Well for Vice City only the PS2 version has the full soundtrack. The Lionel Richie song never made it to any other version.

On the plus side if it's just a lazy mobile port then that increases the chance of Vita getting that lazy port.
Probably nothing. Maybe the game will freeze up as a result.
