If people stop watching her, the "problem" would go away.
As long as they are, and advertisers are paying to reach those people, the money is going to go somewhere.

What? No. All the cases that are picked for her show (and every Judge show) are cases already in the court system. They are all small claims and they are intentionally picked for their absurdities. If Judge Judy ended tomorrow, those cases will still be heard somewhere.

For me its always been Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown, and The People's Court with Marilyn Milian. Good stuff, but I have no idea how much they make.
