There is no way the in-game graphics are running natively in 1080p. Goddamn it, another shit PC port.

What makes you say that? Besides, even if that's the case, Durante will have it fixed in like five...no, maybe THREE seconds after it's launched :p

Can't state how awesome the recent inclusion of Mexican pesos to Steam has been for us.

The game is only $12 USD here if we pre-buy

Thank you, Valve and Sega <3. I'll buy it tomorrow when I get paid.

I can tell from the big ol' blurry jaggies, I have seen quite a few in my time.

Seems to be running internally at the same sub-HD resolution as the PS3 game.

If they can't be bothered to unlock the resolution, I doubt they bothered to unlock the framerate. Durante is good people but his hacks usually break something else graphically.

Just posted in the double dip thread and here I see another reason to do so.

Fantastic game, beautiful graphically to this day. Pick it up if you have a chance.

Surprise, surprise, Valkyria Chronicles isn't available on Steam in Japan. When it comes to PC releases like this or Sonic Generations, Sega is sure showing the love for its own country.
Is there an Asian version available anywhere else? The steam version has Japanese audio but only offers an English interface/text.

I wish companies would just start including PS buttons as a menu option. They already have the assets available and the overall implementation would be simple.

They should definitely have a template, or something for that. I use a 360 controller on PC as my dedicated gamepad, and have just reaped the benefits of that shit. Having the PS icons on PC would be cool.

Could it be a low-res DOF/vignette effect?

The actual UI elements that overlay the effect are noticeably more clear.

I've got the PS3 version so I'll probably wait for a sale, and to make sure its a decent port. I'm excited that this is happening though. Maybe we'll get the PSP games someday if this is successful.
