Shadow Fall is a closed chapter, time for their new IP.
It will be interesting to see if SP is in a position to announce what's next as well....I'm not seeing a lot of interest/opportunity for further Second Son DLCs.

Think the second part of the dev list will include Tequila works and Kojima Pro among others. Will be fun to see what panels will be at the event.

Can't understand how some people can be disappointed by what we do know will be there. Getting confirmation of Uncharted 4, Planetside 2, Grim Fandango and No Mans Sky
at the event is enough for me, assuming something substantial (no cg trailers please) is shown.

I think it would be cool to have the whole WWS group up on stage at once. Bring in some old faces like Rubin and Jaffe.
Get em all to sit down with Yoshida and Cerny and all the current WWS heads. Would be a fun watch and could hear some good behind the scenes talk about Cerny being the Godfather

Where is Ni No Kuni 2?... Level 5, Kojima Pro, Studio Japan, Insomniac and Bend showing up from that list would basically fill all the checkboxes for me.

if Crash came back, it would be enough to headline I think...No need for anything else major if Crash returns.
Just not sure if it's even worth it at this point. I mean, Crash was doing like Mario numbers back in the day, but I'm not sure the brand recognition held up after all those terrible sequels once ND parted ways.

With how long The Witness has been AWOL it is amazing it is appearing in playable form at this event. That alone has me hyped.
Hell the 3 most anticipated games will be there. Bloodborne, The Witness and No Mans Sky. If only Rime can be there too. Man, The Tomorrow Children is there too!

Cambridge released Mercenary in 2013 and they're a small team. Unless their next game is literally just a Shadow Fall mod, it's unlikely that we'll see Cambridge announce anything there.
Besides, announcing another Killzone within 12 months is lol worthy.
Same could be said for Guerrila Games. I could definitely see Cambridge releasing a title next fall, 2015. Last we heard about project Horizon - it's still very early and most likely a 2016 title.
Well shit, no use in going if I can't get into the Keynote.
Should be first come first serve seating.

Plus new IPs tend to be a bit more stretchiness when it comes to early announcements.

A remake of the first game. It really needs it too since it has not aged nearly as well as the other games gameplay wise.

I am pretty sure they'll wait for E3 or the end of next year for that. No reason to announce a game soo far off.........
If I were Sony, that game is releasing either Feb 2016, or holidays 2016. Then the question is SSM - pretty sure they'll ship their big gun in 2016 as well - what month? You want a 1 month window of distance at least + all the third parties shipping too....

Depending on the quality of the demo build shown at the event - we will draw some conclusions from there.
They are going to treat that game like they are treating SO. They have a movie coming out at the same time. If they don't the shitstorm the get with the fans will be bad.
The only reason any of this exists is because Sony wants it and they are paying for it. I don't think Insomniac's heart is into it.

The movie looks like it has potential too. Loved the trailer.
R&C is one of my favorite franchises. When the game hits on all cylinders like in Crack in Time it is unbelievably fun. I hope for the best!
uh they have the R&C writers on the movie. This is a huge deal for them and hopefully they are treating the game the same way.

That's just not true. Insomniac fucking loves R&C. It's their baby and their signature franchise. They're heavily involved in the movie. They're got pretty much every big name in the studio in a major role except Price. The east and west coast branches are both heavily involved. This is not gonna be a one off rush job. This is the rebirth of what is arguably Sony's signature franchise.
