Some Playstation Experience games and developers announced

I remember reading ages ago on here about some rumour that an indie dev was making a new Parappa... I think maybe the guys that made Kickbeat, was it?

Did I imagine this, or was it just wishful thinking on someone else's part way earlier in the year?
 
It means keep your hype in check, but be excited enough to not go into this with complete pessimism.

I'm still only expecting one game announcement out of this and nothing more.

Im expecting one from GG but I want two. I'd love to see an old classic get a reboot on top of that. Being the 20th anniversary celebration of sorts, I don't think thats too unreasonable.

I would just love a new PS4 Twisted Metal, Hell even just a remaster/remake of TM1 and TM2, both with the inside dash cam from Twisted Metal 1, with online multiplayer....


Or, give me a new Warhawk tease. That was the greatest online game for PS3 with some of the best sound design I've ever heard.


Twisted Metal and/or Warhawk would be perfect for this event....

But speaking of Twisted Metal, and I saw this question before, what's up with David Jaffe? We haven't heard nothing from his crazy little paranormal detective agency, Jaffe has been MIA for a while now unless he is crazy on Twitter and I'm missing it. Do we know what he is up to?

I think it's more realistic to expect a PS4 version of Phantasy Star Online 2 at some point down the road. Perhaps, maybe, possibly, I dun' really know.

Yeah I don't see a new one happening with Nova this close.
PSO2 on PS4 would make too much sense not to do it but, Sega still hasn't even brought it west yet on PC so who knows..
 
Keeping expectations in check, but I think there is a good chance most of these will be at the event

- The Last Guardian
- Team Buddies 2
- Medievil: Dia del Dan
- The Great Ape Escape
- Tomba 3!
- Jet Motorstorm
- Omega Boost: Alpha
- Crash Bandicoot
- Dino Crisis 3
- Onimusha Shogun

Another one for PS4. The games just don't stop. And I won't accept anything other than Kaz and Trenton showing up at the end of the show one of the big hits with one more thing. Ok guys, I don't think I am set up for disappointment for my list, this will be legendary!

A new crash bandicoot game would be nice - if Activision and Sony manage to work it out.

Definitely not Twisted Metal. He wanted Neil Degrasse Tyson in the game which would be very strange for TM. Knowing Jaffe it's definitely a PS game, fanboy that he is. Might be exclusive cause Sony will probably publish whatever the creator of TM and GoW wants.

I'm sure he'll want to go back to TM sometime this generation, though. It's his baby and I feel like he can never get enough of it.

"No, it will actually be very disappointing, please dont come to celebrate our anniversary with us and dont buy PS4's after this event cause we have nothing to show"

What he is said pretty vague to be honest
 
Bloodborne gameplay... there is already so much buzz with this game but more footage is welcomed

The order gameplay: the more I hear about the game the more I love it it would just be nice to see more. It literally launches 2 months after event so some new hands on and gameplay i would want

Mlb 15: first gameplay and new features

Planetside 2: if this launches in beta with the first 3. People could stop complaining about the ps4s lineup. Ps4 install base should be between 18 -20 million when this arrives so large battles should be easy to come by.

Uncharted collection
Hot shots world release date
Ratchet and clank redux: release date
ANYTHING PROJECT MORPHEUS

That thread is epic, and the voice of PaRappa acts like they are making a new one..


Plus, there are some absolutely fantastic GAFFER original dis raps in that thread. They straight ripped Dred Scott apart. One of the best threads you will read and hear...
 
I still think more than half the surprise content might be indies. Not a bad thing but I wouldn't expect even a 1/4 the stuff you people are even joking about.

I can't talk about others but seeing Guerrilla Games' and Media Molecule's new IPs alone would make this entire show great for me. Seeing Uncharted gameplay and 1/2 mentioned IPs would also make the show great as well.

Just these two would put this show at an E3 level in terms of announcements.

I'd love to be surprised ,but I'm really skeptical.

If they haven't got the reveals then I expect him to say nothing, or at least not hype the whole thing to this extent. Let's face it, this is an event aimed squarely at PlayStation fans. Sony are going to be preaching to the converted, so it's not going to take a lot to win over the crowd with whatever "surprises" they have in store. Even a hypothetical Vib Ribbon 2 would bring the house down amongst such an audience, even if everyone else would just shrug their shoulders at such news. As long as people aren't expecting something as mental as FFVII-Remake, Shenmue III or Crash Bandicoot to be announced, and expectations are kept to a realistic level, there's no harm in getting hyped for this.
