In my brother's 1QB / 1 QB Flex league, I just lost Foles, who was my only top tier QB. My other two are Hoyer (worried about Manziel every week) and Bridgewater. I'm hoping to get Sanchez but I'm 9th in waivers, so not counting on it. Only other starting QB available is Mettenberger.

Considering asking the Dalton owner for a trade--he has Orton, Dalton, Roethlisberger and Flacco, so he's looking to deal before Thursday's trade deadline in the league.

I'm 5-4 and the #4 seed in the playoffs so far...we'll see if it lasts.

I can't believe I won even with the Chargers imploding:

Hell, I even left Asiata on the bench and Russell Wilson

How's your other RBs? Any other solid production besides DeMarco? Also do you need good WRs that badly?
Murray, McCoy, Jennings, McKinnon, F. jackson and Anthony Dixon. Start 3.

Roddy White, Andre Johnson, Edelman, Kendal Wright, Randle, Malcom Floyd. Start 4.

Edit - I'm in first but my week to week performance isn't possible of hitting the higher scores some of the teams beneath me can. My subpar WR corps is the reason for my lower ceiling. I was expecting quietly good years from Roddy and Andre and both have been wr3 caliber.

DeMarco Murray and Julian Edelman for Dez Bryant and Jordy Nelson. 0.4 per catch. Who says no?

Murray is like the #1 RB, right? And Edelman just had a great week (and may have more now than Brady is on fire).

And for that you get Nelson (really good) and Bryant (who is inconsistent and needs Romo)?

Hell no.

My answer changes to a straight no if Romo returns, but I would never trade Murray this season.

Your running core is really solid and wide receivers while inconsistent have upside every week, I don't think you need to trade Murray.

Need some help in my dynasty league.

I'm basically out it, so I'm playing for next year. Anyways

What do you think of this trade idea?

Giovani Bernard

FOR

Branden Oliver, Lamar Miller, and Keenan Allen

I'd be giving Bernard...We keep 7 in my league..I have a solid 4 keepers with Gio, so I'm up in the air about the other 3 I'd keep.

I picked up Tom Brady off waivers a couple weeks ago so now I have him and Rodgers. Trying to move one of them for a RB, who would you rather hang onto for the rest of the season? I'm thinking Brady because of Rodgers injury possibility but I'd like to hear some other opinions.

edit: no dynasty ramifications

Really tough call, but my gut says Rodgers.

My exploring a trade for Murray is trying to raise the ceiling on my team's performance.

It's a deep 10 team league. That I've managed 8-1 despite not getting much from my WRs is incredible, but it's luck-based, given I'm 4th in points scored out of 10; I should have 5ish (maybe 6) wins. Even if McCoy and Jennings become a solid top 5 and top 10 performer (respectively) on the regular, my floor isn't as high as you'd think because it's too easy for me to get single digits from three WR spots.

While it looks to be impossible for me to miss the playoffs, this team as constructed has first round blowout loss written on it, imo.

I don't think I could trade Murray without getting a starting RB in return. You might only be able to start McCoy and Fred Jackson in a couple weeks. Jennings might still be dealing with his injury and if Peterson comes back McKinnon is back to sitting on the bench.

You're over-thinking it. Murray has performed phenomenally almost every week this season (last week being the exception). I don't think you should drop him for a couple WRs that are boom or bust.

Fair enough, thanks for the rational counterpoint guys. I explored some trades that I felt were favorable to myself prior to that hypo above (which was a much weaker trade for me) and no one in the league with top flight WRs wants Murray. Irrational hatred, basically.

I don't like Murray much either as a player given he's usually just a one-cut-and-go player, but even I can admit this season he's running with better vision and toughness to couple with the OL he has in front of him.

Welp, time to spend some waiver bucks on the child beater.

I would also say Rodgers. Brady's more likely to be in a position where he's sitting during the fantasy playoffs.
Dial up the owner who just lost Foles for the season and see what you can get.

Funnily enough I have Foles as well lol, drafted him and Rodgers. But the person I'm trading with is desperate for a QB anyways so I can pretty much send either Brady or Rodgers. Thanks for the feedback guys! I think I'm leaning towards keeping Rodgers too considering the playoff implications. Plus he's one of my favorite players.

I put my claim in too. ;\

Really need some feedback...My time is running out as our trade deadline is this Friday.

Giovani Bernard (I give)

for

Lamar Miller, Branden Oliver, and Keenan Allen. (I receive)

Dynasty league trade...yes or no????

Current RBs are Ellington, Gio, and Bradshaw
Current WRs are Micheal Floyd, Edelman, Roddy White

What is the long term value of Oliver and Allen? Were they both flukes? Is Miller for real after 3 years in the league?

Oliver is not unseating Ryan Mathews, at best he'll be the passing down back. Allen SHOULD be the future #1 but he has had a poor sophomore season. Miller finally is getting his shot, I think he's a good back.
So no I wouldn't do that deal.

Carson Palmer vs St Louis or Cam vs Philly this week?

Cam has been hot garbage lately but that seems like a high floor sort of matchup.

I finally dropped Cam this past week and I drafted him in the sixth round. I just can't trust him anymore. Even if he gets some running yards in, his passing has been absolute shit.

So hold on, AP could come back? This would be a problem considering I'm in second place in my league, while the team in first's RBs are Marshawn Lynch, Jamaal Charles and Arian Foster and they just picked up AP.

The team wants him back, and legally he's in the clear.

I can't decide what running backs and wide receivers to start. I am in a two WR and two RB league.

WRs
Kevin Benjamin- Looks to have a better matchup this week, but he has been dropping passes a bit lately.
Steve Smith Sr-Not nearly as good as he was in the early part of the season
Martavis Bennet- Big Ben has been really hot lately and the Jets are pretty weak.
Ashlon Jeffery

RBs
Denard Robinson-Pretty consistent so far
Mark Ingram-Has shown to be really strong, but it part of a committee which makes me nervous.
Jerrick McKinnon
Justin Forsett-Has a better matchup this week, but he loses carries to the backups. At least he can be relevant in the passing game.

Peterson was my first pick in this years draft. I dropped him back in sept, but was able to pick him back up off of waivers today; Now the waiting game begins.

Speaking of the waiting game, pretty hyped to get Josh Gordon back next week. How good of a start will he be?

That's funny I picked him up about 5 weeks ago as a free agent. I have Antonio Brown, Demaryius Thomas, and TY Hilton. Brown and Thomas are every week starters no matter what, and TY is beasting right now. I wouldn't hesitate to start him off the bat if i wasn't already deep at the position.

I have Rivers as my QB1 and he's on bye this week. I have my choice of:

Eli (aka GOAT) vs SEA
or
Sanchize vs CAR

For what it's worth, I also have the SEA Defense starting.

What say you all?

Eli throws less interceptions.

But who knows...ESPN is rating Sanchez higher than Eli this week.

I'm in the same boat. My first goddamn pick. Only problem is someone nabbed him off of the waivers before me. I only dropped him last week.

Cool..thanks for the feedback. I'm going to pass on this deal.

I've been trying instead to get Miller and Denard Robinson for Gio, but the same owner won't consider it.

I've got him on my bench. It's gonna be real difficult to decide whether to start him or not in the playoffs. Do you think he'll be rusty?
I probably will start him. He gets one week of regular season play in my league so hopefully he'll be good to go week 13. My wideouts are terrible so I'll gamble on Gordon. Aside from Maclin all my drafted wideouts have underperformed. I mean if you got studs maybe wait and see.

Is there anyway to have a whole league veto a comissioner's veto? He vetoed a trade because "Gio is hurt", which is irrelevant because he was one of 4 players I was receiving, one other being Jeremy Hill. He has vetoed no other trades due to injury, but now that both of our teams will be better than his with this trade, he won't allow it. He's such a douche. Same guy who has been known to fix his line up after the start of the games because he's leader.

Here's a quote:

"(Insert name here) I don't read all that shit?

ESPN fantasy is what we play

Get a life and get over it, seriously its over deal with it. Not gonna change the rules for you."

He is going to brag when he wins the league and I'll probably be very very pissed when this happens.

Why not just get everyone in the league to strip him of commissioner dutie. If he says no than say we are going to create a new league next year without you and find a replacement?

How could you play in a league with a shady commissioner like that.

We already told him we aren't playing with him next year and he's perfectly content with it. He's a prick.

Kaepernick or Romo?

Kap has played poorly as of late, but he does have a way of pulling off a great performance when you least expect it. Romo's back is an issue and they might just blow the Jags out, meaning the won't need to throw. I'm conflicted

Friend of a friend

I see. Well that's shitty. If this person is content in not being in the league next year what can you do? Is there money for the winner? If so, who keeps the money till the winner decides? The commissioner? If so I guess you are screwed.

But if this is the only league he is part of and says he fine not playing next year well I guess you can just wait and see if he comes begging to be let back in. And if he does tell him the entry fee is the amount if money he wins.
