Just a thought: Does anybody remember the magnet armor that Varrick invented on Book 3? It just occurred to me that once Team Avatar rescues him, maybe they will use it to defeat Kuvira´s army. I doubt metal bending is stronger than a big magnet.

you're assuming the force of bending is weaker than the attraction of magnetic metal. Which is hard to say as it hasn't really been compared up until now.

Sounds similar to the things I was saying to you a way back when Kuveira was merely sly and manipulative and not crazy evil. By bringing in modern values and systems they really leave a cognitive dissonance that they completely fail to make attempts at resolving.

Ah, I took you to be saying that the audience shouldn't be letting modern ideas influence how they looked at the show such that we shouldn't have been taking the show's presentation of Kuvira's early actions as decisively establishing her as the show's bad guy. But yes, then I guess we were in agreement from the beginning that it was going to be awkward that the characters and the audience would perceive those actions very differently.

Only Book 1 has an OST. Nick won't release Book 2 or 3. =/ Korra has some of the best music I've heard in a TV show. It's a damn shame that they are sitting on this music. Zukerman WANTS to release all of this music, but Nick hasn't shown any interest.

Track Team and Zuckerman are number one.

These are incredible! Much better than other attempts to isolate the music. Definitely recommend all you follow him, he seems to have figured out how to separate the music and voice channel from the file and not just muddle the voice.
This is the track from when Korra bends the metal out of herself. Only the background sound is left, but no huge deal, the music is great.

Awesome stuff. Jeremy Zuckerman and the Track Team just keeps getting better and better. Still crazy that Nick has no interest in releasing more soundtracks despite it selling pretty well.

I'll just take them over. WhereAreMahDragonz deserves a break.

Sorry about the whole Book 3 OT thing; I wasn't expecting it to be out until later this year and planned to return from my exile for a November release. Yeah, I guess I was playing with fire and it backfired, but you seemed to get one together so that's fine. I certainly wasn't expecting us to be on the Book 4 OT by now...

I believe Bolin is going to the camp alone. Kuvira never had the intention of sending him to the camp, she always intended for Varrick to continue working on the spirit nuke (Tiberium) under armed guard.

I assumed that Varrick was still going to be forced to work on the spirit vines and weaponizing them. Kuvira never mentioned sending him away to re edudaction camp only Bolin and Zhu Li. Maybe Zhu Li will be put in charge of keeping Varrick in line.

I still don't think it's going to happen. Would be such a weird relationship. Given they had like a couple month fling. Then their relationship was nothing but turmoil. Then they broke up. Then like 4 years + goes by (i'm counting Book 2 time) and in like 3 of those years they don't have any contact.

There is just so little time left to have them reunite and re-spark a relationship. But then again, you know Bryke. lol They love forcing shit together. inb4 the series ends replicating Aang + Katara kiss scene, w/ Mako x Korra. Hhaha. The tears would be so glorious.
