yeah, if last gen was classified as the age of 'grim-dark bald space marines', I can easily see this gen getting the 'hyper-color Pixar cartoon' label.

Knack, Sunset Overdrive, Fable Legends, Fortnite, Battleborn, Project Spark, etc. Now add Overwatch.

Not saying that's necessarily a bad thing, just seeing an interesting trend in the past year.

So, this is probably a reworked version of the Titan mmo. Destiny's improvement on the fps genre with mmo-like influences weren't deep enough IMO. It's kind of weird that things are going in opposite directions there.

Love the colours and art style, I'm a bit of a sucker for all the brightly coloured games we seem to be getting this generation. I'm definitely intrigued to see Blizzards' take on the genre.

Not to mention how dense with quirkiness and detail the levels seem to be. Blizzard's attention to detail has always been one of their best qualities, and I'm looking forward to seeing how that shows in this game's level design.

Didn't know TF2 had spells, wall climbing and all the craziness of Overwatch. Overwatch has a ton of abilities, but yeah I know what you mean. But this seems like a fresh take on it.

Really disagree there. Team Fortress 2 is built around spongy combat encounters, good players can wreck other players in seconds or even quicker than that, but Overwatch looks a lot faster paced and it seems one player can hold their own in combat.

I'll give this a shot, even though this kind of multiplayer FPS is usually not my cup of tea. I think the art looks great, and like the idea of this quantity of characters with seemingly such a wide variety of playstyles. It will no doubt be difficult for Blizzard to balance this, however.

Nothing mentioned about consoles, Jason Schreier told me on twitter has not heard anything about consoles either. So for now I would say now. Maybe they will do a console version once this is done and out on PC. Who knows?
