Death of Spider-Man was probably the last of the collection, they haven't collected the miles run in OHC, and it isn't planned to, so far.

For trades there are 5 volumes of Ultimate Comics Spider-Man to read the first run of Miles USM

Yes

Miles is okay, just wish the series would find it's groove like Peter's run did.

Thank you. When and how did they bring him back?

Also, is there a definitive reading order for Xmen? I just finished up the arc where cable shows up and takes the baby. Not sure what to read from here.

Oh, man.......

So Cyclops comes back and talks to the guy like a human being and offers to buy him breakfast. And surprise surprise...it works.

Yes Beast...

"Hey man I know you wiped out a town but it's not your fault, just like it wasn't my fault I killed my mentor"

You are so right Cyclops

Since we're talking X-Men... my buddy wants to start reading from the beginning of All-New but wants to read all of the other X-books too in the correct chronological order (so All-New, Uncanny, Wolvie and the X-Men, X-Men, and the events) but I can't find a list anywhere that gives me a reading order for these so he can read them collected. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Speaking of Ellis and Shalvey, do we know what their next project is going to be? As much as it's tough to not want longer runs from Ellis, I'd like to see them both do another lesser used Marvel character again.

I'm in.

I've really been enjoying Trees. Can't wait to see what else Ellis has in store.

Injection is on track for May 2015, Ellis had two issues written as of a couple weeks ago and Shalvey had begun illustrating. It's planned to be five arcs of five issues apiece.

Trees: will return for a second arc, slated for 5 issues.

Plus he's got another project somewhere in the outline stages that he and Tula Lotay are planning to do after Supreme: Blue Rose is complete. Also something involving or riffing on old public domain superheroes, along with another secret project that has a few written issues tucked away.

Let me talk to this guy like a human being so I can use him as a weapon later.

I love that even when he actually is right, modern Cyclops is still a murdering, terrorist, supervillain scumbag. I really hope he gets his shit knocked around sometime.

I really liked his reaction to the news that Wolverine died, though.

Wait are you being sarcastic?

Ahh so far. Reminds me how good Moon Knight #4 was on all levels.

Batgirl #35 & 36 - The art is so much better. #36 was really fun, especially with its colors and all the Japanese inclusions.

He has to be, because Cyclops is none of those things. And if he is serious, he must be one of those sad Jean/Wolverine shippers.

I love the Cyclops that no longer has any fucks to give.

Btw what book shows Cyclops reacting to Wolverine's death?

It was the first story in Death of Wolverine: Life After Logan #1

He thinks back to their history on the team, and has some good thoughts about a couple of the times they had real camaraderie for each other, and then decides instead of showing up at his funeral, it'd be more fitting to go down to a bar and get hammered while beating the shit out of some other drunks.

I thought it was a pretty neat little story, especially considering they weren't on so great terms when Logan died.

Also,
I was being joking hyperbolic about Cyclops, I just don't think he was right.

Batman 36: That issue came to a fucking halt for those pages where Joker revealed he's just a bored dude who loves looking up the etymology of names and words. Really glad that little wiki-lesson was in there.

On the other hand, Grayson continues to be just a fun and smart and well-plotted book featuring college girls chasing half-naked Dick.

I think Snyder's biggest issue is his monologues. Far far too long almost every time. Every now and then it's fine, but multiple pages of one person talking is a bit much at times.

I am thinking about canceling the Hawkeye Omnibus and buying the two OHCs, since they are now confirmed... I would also save 15€ and February wouldnt be that expensive...

Off the top of my head, Ronin by Frank Miller, but I know there's another good one I've read that I'm forgetting...

Edit: Another Sci-Fi suggestion: Fear Agent by Rick Remender. So, so good. Grab the two Library Editions.

Those look cool, thanks.

The thing that's confusing me is the dates that these things are released. According to Amazon, the second OHC is coming out AFTER the omnibus o.O

why is it everytime people dislike scott, their a jean/logan shipper? noone wants that shit

Hey we don't all hate Scott! I just think him and Jean together were a boring excuse for a couple. You can't honestly tell me that Jean/Wolvie together aren't far more interesting and exciting? Same way Emma is OTP for Scott.

I love Scott's current role in Uncanny X-Men, he's awesome :3

how so? one pines hard after the other for reasons unknown to me, the other seems to tolerate it as she feels hes a sad lonely dude(which he is) thats not interesting and exciting, its sad. earth x had it right

Fuck fucking fuckity fucker

I like this part:
"Part of my uber-plan was to have the Guardians be more a part of the Marvel Universe and not off doing their own thing," Bendis told USA Today. "These aren't just fun adventures. These are going to be stories that matter to the team and matter to the cosmic landscape in general."

How can he be so blind to why people like Marvel cosmic? BECAUSE IT DIDNT TIE-IN TO THE EARTHBOUND FUCKING SHIT AVENGER BULLSHIT FUCK.

This is the same problem the new Wonder Woman run is going to have. Sometimes, people like to be able to read a book without also having to read six others to understand the plot.
Thinking of buying the Witchblase compendium to go with my Spawn one and Savage Dragon archives.....

Hard or softcover? The huge books in paperback just don't do it for me.

I like the idea of current Scott, I just don't like anything about the execution.

yeah, the idea of terrorist cyclops is a great one, but the second he got giddy about forcing mutations on people in AvX he lost me

that's literally magneto's evil plan in the first x-men movie.

I feel we need to have a long and deep conversation about the Jim Balent variant, which i'm only LINKING TO because, yo. YO.

This is what you guys wanted and I am going to RUB YOUR NOSE IN IT.

So after reading Batman 36, am I alone in
not liking how Snyder's using Joker? I dunno it just...doesn't click with me

James Gunn is handling the Guardians better than Bendis.

Gunn: "Guardians are going to do their own thing. Away from the Avengers."

Bendis: "I want a Rocket/Deadpool team up!"

That would explain it alright.

Is that your dog, Korupt? I can see that image getting a lot of use here.

It is not. From a Snapchat where the first pic shows that dog all happy in the same spot. Then the owner eats the last bite of some human food and then the dog makes that face. Swear I watched it so many times. Dogs face is priceless.
