To be fair, traffic is greatly reduced with a 3+ star rating (running from the cops with dense traffic would suuuuccckk). Also, traffic flows differently depending on time of day and location.

the 3 stars thing is what i'm thinking, but i'm still disappointed, as i think traffic would create great dynamics in chases.
Other cars are not just in the way for you, but for the police, too.

Not really fair to judge it from a shitty stream.

It really is fair, if you're judging traffic's and pedestrians' density.
Unless cars become invisible during streaming.

But of course, i'll wait for the game to come out before i'll tear out my hair.

I would. Pop a few shots into the air and cause an absolute panic as the police struggle as to catch you as you make your way through the chaos. Dream scenario in these urban open wold titles, really.

Could be using a titan controller. I think that allows ds4 on ps3 for games like gta 5 that cant be used normally with ds4

I just watched a guy stream the game for an hour and didn't see anything like the trailer they showed. How am I jumping to conclusions? I didn't expect to see any moments in the game where the world was so desolate.

Now I'm being told well maybe sometimes you'll get high traffic and high crowd counts.
