can someone explain what this means to me, in the most simple terms?
Basically that the DLC applies to both versions

Ps3 must be pretty cheap by now tho right?
Around 100 but you still have to mod the stick and buy the game. They are not that much interested to spend 200 on a game.
They should get used to it, because I'm almost 100% sure that PS4 will be the lead platform this gen for capcom fighters. Isnt there even a rumour that SF5 will be a PS4 exclusive?
There are 3 types of scrubs in SF
1.The ones who pick Ken and mash shorukens
2. The ones who pick Guile and think they are some kind of unbreakable wall
3. The ones who pick Blanka and mash their face on the controlls

So is it confirmed ps4 and ps3 can cross-play for GGxrd? I was thinking of getting a ps4 since I moved and left my consoles back in NY. Though I don't know how much a ps4 stick would cost.
Might as well make this as an excuse to build credit on a 2nd card.
Yeah, it was announced as cross-play ages ago.
Ok thanks, I probably will look forward and plan for it on the holidays.
Also did Markman or anyone else know the release date of this

I mean, it's gotta go on sale sometime right? RIGHT?
I will still probably buy it since I don't see any other alternative.
Ohh nice! Good luck to the people that sign up!
They sell fucking glasses in P4A as dlc xD
Looking through GAF and see a thread on tea-bagging. Honestly I found tea-bagging really dumb.
Now showing off tech skill in smash or doing courtesy duffs, that's way better.
Same goes doing stuff after the match is over in MvC2 lol
you dont like teabagging? i know its childish but man does it get the crowd riled up in marvel when done at the right time and place!
Cross-play is pretty impressive. Makes USF4 on PS4 a more reasonable sounding thing. Except the game plays horribly on PSN so something would have to be done about that first or the game has no purpose at all.
No, I just think it's lame compared to the cool stuff you can do in fighters post rounds.
Well, I guess not anymore since most fighting games won't let you input anything now.
Edit: Now that I think about it, I guess I do see it in Marvel 3. Mostly from Champ lol

I find it weird how GAF can talk about how important it is for gaming to be politically correct and inclusive until the internet ceases to exist, but there is an entire thread with people defending the notion of forcefully placing your digital nuts in another person's mouth. You would think people would have some kind of consistency in their perspective.
Tea bagging is important in the sense that it's a form of interaction that isn't aiming a crosshair at something and pulling the trigger. It's almost the equivalent of a taunt action except its purely driven by player creativity and has no ingame mechanic attached to it.
Basically what I am saying competitive games could use at least some form of social interaction to remind the player that there is a human being on the other end. Especially since so many people play online which cuts down on already limited social interaction.
I dont really ever taunt. But I remember getting some mileage out of kara taunt when my opponent is zoning me with fireballs.
I bound taunt once because I wanted to taunt > astral someone on netplay
I lost a game by accidentally pressing taunt before I actually landed the combo
feels bad
Is his taunt cancellable?Raw taunt into astral is the most legit thing any Hakumen can do on netplay.
Certainly, some are different people. There must be some overlap.Could be different people
and tea bagging in game is more or less just crouching up and down on top of your opponent. No nuts being placed in mouths digital or other
And that's perfectly valid, I just don't think people should force each other to see things that way. Some people have to let loose as part of their enjoyment of the challenge. Taunting is also opening yourself up to vulnerability. I'm sure we all remember Marn's Dudley.Fighting games are like fast-paced chess to me. I like things cold, distant, and analytic.
