As uninteresting as they are Korra is worse. I don't care that she lost her powers. I don't care that she keeps losing to much weaker opponents. I DO care that she gambles and entire city's freedom because she's too prideful to go into the avatar state at the beginning of the match.
Korra's kind of just there. She doesn't do anything significant. Mako is just there. Asami is just there. I'm much more interested in Bolin escaping Kuvira and being a fugitive with Verrick than Korra losing to Kuvira.
And we are only 6 episodes out from the series ending. lol

Sadly I think we've already seen the extent of Kuvira's backstory. Unless the she's related to the royal family plot happens ha.

But gender bending is impossible. The assassin models are unbendable.
Gender bending would have been too hard. Starting to believe Ubisoft. Game runs like shit now. Imagine how bad the FPS would have been with female characters playable.

After seeing the disappointing results of Unity, I started playing ACII again.XD Still holds up well for the most part despite the PS3 version looking rough.
Was really hoping that Unity would get me back to AC at least this once, but guess I probably check it out later in the bargain bin.<.<

Wanted to love Unity. I actually liked Black Flag. Unity had a setting/story that really really interested me. First Ass Creed in a while that really grabbed me by the story. So far the story is okay. I'm digging Paris etc. But man, game performs like ass. People aren't making it up when they say the game has massive fps dips.
Like I said, I jumped back to Morodor...and Morodor (at locked 30 FPS) feels like 60 FPS in comparison. It's night and day. And IMO Morodor has more graphical shit (like nature and plants and other things that make the game look better graphically and more immersive). How that game runs and looks better (and again is a cross-gen port game) blows my fuckin mind. Unity was clearly rushed and unfinished.
I liked the original premise of Assassin's Creed, but I hate how Ubi....prostitutes the series, for lack of a better word. It's just so transparent how Ubi does not really care about about making a good game. It's not that they can't make a good game, but it's only a means to an end to get our money. Yeah, I realize it's a business by and large, but it's notably something different from, say, platinum games who you can tell put passion and love into their games. Assassin's Creed, by contrast, is a series that just feels manufactured and pimped out, and I just don't like that feeling. Even Korra, for all it's flaws, feels like it was made with passion on part of it's creators and not just Nick trying to cash in on TLA's popularity. And it's a real shame because AC's concept really is really cool and unique and full of potential.

I was having Unity sent to me but Gamefly must've sent it from the furthest away shipping center because it wasnt here by friday (maybe it got lost). So instead I opted to watch a walkthrough of the main story in youtube, since that was all I was interested in. It was very very underwhelming. It's the same shit over and over again for these games. And the sideplot about the romance wasn't even satisfying and the ending was fucking horrible. Basically the plot was the only thing I was interested in and that was underwhelming as well.
Yeah, well that's not encouraging at all.THE ONLY reason I'm playing this shit game, is because the story. To hear the story is underwhelming, sucks. Doesn't surprise me though. Kind of got the feeling as the game has gone on, that it was going that direction.
I'll NEVER pre-order a game ever again digitally. Unless it has press reviews or impressions. But yeah, NOPE. Last time I get burned.
EDIT: Lol at about the romance plot having a shit ending. ABORT NOW. (Seriously, just going to uninstall now and take the $60 hit). I'm paying Ubisoft $60 to not tell me their shit story.
Yeah sure looks like it. Shame on Ubisoft, and apparently Ubisoft Kiev that did the PC port (and has done the PC port of Far Cry 4 also <.<). Maybe Ubisoft should have just focus on Rogue for this year (which seems to have a much more interesting and better story alone). Maybe I should look into Morodor even through I still need to upgrade the PC, so that be later.
Got to appease those shareholders!
Black Flag was great, even though all I really did was do the ship missions.

Yeah myself and others in GAF only got interested once they introduced the anime-esque childhood friend romance story. I won't spoil the ending of the game, but neither the main plot nor the romance side plot has a good ending. If you're like me and interested in that aspect, don't even bother.
edit: apparently on the good side of Ubisoft at least, the team behind Far Cry 4 seems to have delivered graphically in PS4. DF says it doesn't dip below 30 almost at all.
