For Glory itself is the best way to improve. No better way to hone your skills than to go up against another player, especially if they are more skilled than you. Find chinks in their armor. Focus on what they are doing and adjust your game accordingly. Don't worry about win rate, it's just a number. Focus on learning from your opponents and improving your game.

I second this. Win rate doesn't mean much, just focus on learning good habits.
 
Okay, now it's out then? Enjoy the game NA WiiU owners! :P

I have a few questions regarding eight player mode tho. Been dying to know this for weeks now so could one of you with a copy please check for me real quick?
- Are custom stages playable in 8-player mode?
- Can replays be saved of 8-player matches?
- Do the kill counts (stars) still show up on the character select in 8-player mode? (This is kind of a big deal with my group)

I think this game just pushed wii U ahead as my secondary console over the X1. Man reading this OT watching streams and my brother telling me about it makes me wanna go to Walmart right now and get a wii U. Haven't played smash in years and Melee was a huge part of my childhood. Damn.

The rumble alone makes the control feel better than the 3DS one.

I'm pretty sure I was able to play more online matches than I ever was in Brawl.

Master Orders are kind of fun.

Like it so far.

Now is as good of a time as any :)

IMO the Wii U is simply unparalleled in terms of quality first party content right now. It had a rough start but it's truly becoming a fantastic little console.

I have a PS4 and I see very little reason to get an XB1, there's just too much similarities between the systems. Also you'd have to play for 2 online subs. With Wii U you're guaranteed a library of games that you wouldn't get anywhere else at least.

Do you have a PC?
I don't, and I'm getting an Xbox One for the exclusives it has as I can't play even those that were ported - I did play titanfall on my laptop though.

The next week is going to be a long wait:(
 
I've had a crazy time these past 5 hours, two of which involved playing the game at home, but the other 3 at a GS for the midnight launch. What sucks is I won't be getting the adapter atm because they're a little late on the delivery.

Falco - Clear Classic
Wario- 100 Man Smash
Lucina- Classic above 5.5
Dark Pit- All Star or Above
Dr. Mario- Hard Master Orders
R.O.B.- 8 Turns in Crazy Orders
GW- Classic 2.0 or above with 5 characters
Duck Hunt- KO one opponent in Cruel Smash

Also, Flat Zone X is gotten through breaking 100 Blocks in a single game with GW in Trophy Rush.
