what's her best kill move, back air? She always had problems killing.
Upsmash is what I've been seeing.

Yep, I even took some 1080p pics as well. From a quick glance on my TV set, this game looks like it's actually 1080p. Is that indeed the case?
Back-air's really only good for gimping. Sheik basically has no kill moves. At least, no good ones after 1.0.4 buried her. Bouncing Fish is really the closest thing she has to one, and that won't reasonably kill till 130% off-stage.what's her best kill move, back air? She always had problems killing.
My brother is going through the sound clips and just heard Lyn from Fire Emblem (great character!) and they completely effed it up. Hoooooorrible voice!
Is there no adventure mode like Melee? That really sucks if true.
Game is fun though, solid 8 so far. The framerate in photomode needs to be fixed pretty bad and allow for full rotation.
Damn, don't remember it in Brawl, but yeah, just unbearable! It's probably the same clip from Brawl and yeah, it's terrible. Most Brawl English VO was.
God this was hard to find this morning.
Sold out everywhere (main electronics stores said they received 5 each). I went into a local library that stocked video games and I actually grabbed the only adapter they had right as the lady was putting it on display. Talk about timing!
My evening plans would have been ruined otherwise.
This game man. This game. I shouldn't have bought anything else this month. This game is just unbelievably good. Online has been perfect, event mode is fun, classic is so good....uhghhhdjdjdjdjdjeejhdbddjkddj
Yeah, that does it. Forward smash too, if they like to abuse spot dodge, or you just get a hard punish.『Inaba Resident』;139852711 said:Upsmash is what I've been seeing.
Your library has a Gamecube Adapter? Wait your library has video games? What the heck? Where was this when I was a kid?

Which aspects?I really wish you could use the touch screen for some aspects of the UI.
Apparently the game ignores left stick inputs whilst the c-stick is being used now, even in the air? So you can no longer do retreating FAirs and the like.
What the fuck.
Check the "reversible" cover *sigh*So my copies of the Wii U and 3DS game are missing the Club Nintendo insert.
Strange? Anyone notice this? Printing error on Nintendo's par? I need that soundtrack.

Thanks! That's wacky.Check the "reversible" cover *sigh*
Really sad that Nintendo started cheaping in a major way out a few months ago, but such is the retail world these days I suppose.

That... has nothing to do with the quoted post?C-stick charges smashes, this has been known for a month.

Well, not a public library of course. More like a book store that also has musical instruments, movies, music, video games and board games.
It never made sense to me either but it sure made my day!
I can't find the video now, but this was addressed in a 7 min video on youtube with a fix (mostly). It involves setting the c-stick to attack in the controls.
That... has nothing to do with what was said?
C-Stick could be forced to charge Smash attacks previously as well. Either way, it seems really weird based on that one video.
But I didn't notice it myself yet. Was too worried about adapting muscle memory to the pro controller to get a feel for the c-stick.

Soooo...how's the single player content in this one?
Apparently that's really janky though and has stuff like diagonal inputs doing NAirs.

So you can make an album for sonics unlimited snapshotsBut why? This sounds really strange.
Oh, ok, I see. I hadn't heard about it, so I didn't know anything about the new aerial behavior until today. I always thought the c-stick was handled in a slightly unique way, rather than just sending direction plus A or whatnot. Is the issue holding it, or using it at all? From what I heard, it sounds like you lose a lot air control even after flicking the stick. But like I said, I still need to experiment for myself. *stares at clock*I meant that the c-stick overriding the motion has been known about for a while, and its because of the charging in the c-stick. Just do flicks after you've given yourself momentum.
Primarily, yeah, but you can press Z + C-Stick to charge a smash with it.『Inaba Resident』;139855618 said:I thought C-Sitck only gave you the weakest version of a smash attack in previous games?
I see, I see. I guess I just expected a more careful implementation that would account for that. I don't really understand why they would change it like so when it was already perfect. But oh well, time to learn the new way.Yes it does. When the C-Stick is set to smashes it stops reading left stick inputs while the attack is charging. This happens when you hold the C-Stick in the air even though you're not charging the attack, so you can't move while using the C-Stick airborn.

Yeah, new friend I made at the launch brought his 3DS to my place and used it while everyone else used Pro Controllers. It remembered his custom controls and everything, and he did better than all of us since he was already acclimated.I really like that you can use your 3ds as a controller. I only have two controllers for my Wii U. I have the game pad and a pro controller. A bunch of my buddies came by and they brought their 3ds with their copy of smash bros for the 3ds and the six of us had a blast on my big screen. This game is unreal.

Does this still count as 'smash aerial' for Robin?I can't find the video now, but this was addressed in a 7 min video on youtube with a fix (mostly). It involves setting the c-stick to attack in the controls.
