"It’s coming along nicely," Wells said about Uncharted 4. "We've been hard at work since E3 and all I can say is that we'll be having some stuff to show you very soon."

The interviewer followed this up by asking, "How soon?" Wells replied: "Very."

This was said around October. So very soon nicely coincides with the PlayStation Experience.
Also, in the PlayStation's Blog post about the event, Uncharted 4 is one of the games listed as being there.

There will be an opening keynote, in which new game announcements are confirmed to be made. If anything it will be like an E3 conforence minus the corporate speak.

The magnitude of the announcements is a question mark, but it's safe to assume at least an Uncharted 4 gameplay trailer. That in itself is pretty great.

Will it be for attendees only or, like with E3, will it be live streamed? I just expected the opening to be live streamed.

The closer this gets the more impatient I get! I expect uncharted 4 gameplay and hopefully at least 2 new game announcments. That would make me happy. But if they really wanted me to go ape shit theyd also announce socom 2 HD!

Drop a bomb please! Very excited. Especially as I didn't think this event would herald any notable info when I originally heard about it. Seems like it's heating up to be a pretty big deal. UC4 gameplay will be enough for me personally

Seriously, Sony has the best stuff at non-E3 events.

As much as I would love an Elder Scrolls reveal this is not going to happen. Skyrim was only 3 years ago, and it just straight up takes longer to make those games.
