Finally finished the stupid chore of getting all the characters unlocked. Now to let it sit until I remember the game is fun.

Just tried another For Glory, changed monitor mode, still lagging online with wired Ethernet. With so many positive impressions I didn't understand the few people with issues, but I've had poor experiences thus far no matter what region I try. I feel like wifi 3DS was better maybe, weird.

On the plus side with offline mode, I did confirm I can drop through platforms. I may have been trying to drop through before the normal landing delay wears off after jumping into a platform.

I just got 2 communication errors out of 3 tries even attempting to launch for glory, now.

That's really weird. What's your ping? I play with WiFi, and almost all my matches are smooth. I get a match with lag once in a while.

I don't know because it would depend who I'm playing with. When I tried pinging Makai's IP address directly it was very low, yet I lagged with him previously on wifi. Today I assume we were both wired.
 
I feel like I could spend days in the music part of the vault just listening to the playlist I'm making.

Outside of the usual suspects everyone knows are awesome, the Duck Hunt medley is just fantastic.
 
Pic of the day. Here's a little tidbit about the song names in My Music. The tracks with a red icon are song arrangements made for this game, and the ones with the black icons are arrangements from past versions. What might be a little confusing is that some track names from Super Smash Bros. Melee are now stage names for this version. The track Corneria from Melee isn't a song that plays in Corneria in the original game, but we couldn't change the name of the track. Sorry for any confusion.

We've included four versions of the Mute City music tracks. The regular Mute City track is from Melee, Ver. 2 is from Brawl and Ver. 3 was specifically arranged for the 3DS and Wii U versions. The track from the original game is in here too. This game probably has the most music tracks compared to any other game.

In Sounds, you can even listen to voices of some enemies. Metal Face has as many voice variations as the fighters…He'll say something a little different when Shulk is on the field.

DUDE! EPIC GAMES! Too bad I lost most of them!

Your Megaman is fantastic! Compeltely over whelmed me most of the time.

Though as the games went on did you notice I started to catch on and get better? Within those matches I felt my skill grow! Thanks!

Oh but if I could just give you some pointers:

1 - Taunt, it's fun!

It feels much better than with Makai. Thanks! This makes me some happier.

The Battlefield music is awesome which also helps.

Oddly enough, I was using the monitor in "Standard" mode which you would expect to be slower than "Game" mode. The colors are a little messed up though. I'll try changing to "Game" now.

Great games for sure! I've been meaning to play with you for awhile now since your name was one that came up a bunch during the 3DS thread!

Thanks! Your DK is a monster as well! Especially on those stages with uneven floors-- makes it super hard to get in as Mega Man!

You definitely were adapting as the games went on! You were making me sweat!

We'll have to play again for sure!

That's good to hear! How did Game mode look?
 
The more I play, the more I think I can be competent with Link in amateur-hour competitions. I know it's not who most are picking, but I think he's aight.
 
Little Mac is too much fun. Maining him, ZSS, and looking for a third. Possibly Villager, idk. I feel like the Mac ride is going to end soon though, with people in FG getting wiser to the kind of game that's possible with him. Always irritating when encountering someone who does stuff like side-b and counter spam with shulk, though.
 
I am so so bad at this game but it is still so much fun. I can get hours of fun just playing regular free for all vs the CPU with random picked so I get someone new each time. Figure I'm gonna be terrible even if I stick with a main so whatever... Might as well enjoy them all.

Ethernet adapter is arriving tomorrow so I'll have a better online experience as well. You can find me in the For Fun matches lol
