Capcom teases new PS4 game

Dragons dogma, Powerstone, Saturday night slam masters, or bust Capcom.
Dragon's Dogma didn't sell that well, right? Maybe that could be a "cheap" IP to snatch, since Capcom doesn't seem to show interest in it (or else they wouldn't have pursued something similar with Deep Down). It could be a Bayonetta 2 kinda like situation. It's practically a new IP (in a sense), didn't sell that much, but has immense potential. Maybe Sony could aproach them and foot the bill for the game. I would be so happy to see a sequel.
DMC 5 is completely out of the question. I think Capcom would have to be nuts to go exclusive again. But something small like Dragon's or a "forgotten" yet amazing IP like Onimusha? wouldn't put it past them to accept that deal. If sony doesn't want them, and neither does capcom, fuck it. Maybe Nintendo or MS would like to pick them up. It's sad to see such good games getting forgotten for no good reason. It would make for a compelling reason to buy a second console. (Bayonetta isn't my cup of tea, but if it had been DMC I would have bought a Wii U already, bought a GC just for the RE franchise and Twin Snakes, would do it again.) Poor wallet.

But the meltdowns would be amazing if a Mega Man or DMC game is exclusive.

Mostly because the guy isn't teasing a new IP, he is teasing a new PS4 game. Normally when it's a new IP they make a big deal about it in advance but this seems like it's an existing IP.
Of course DMC is my priority but I am 100% OK with a new Capcom IP. Although Deep Down is their main new IP for PS4 and it's honestly time for Capcom to bring out an existing IP on to the PS4 which hasn't happened yet.
Not that I'm against a new IP, but I think Capcom should work on fixing their existing IPs before creating new ones.

I'm waiting for Microsoft to drop a huge exclusive so I can finally jump in. Most likely when Gears 4 comes out.
The talent that made their previous IP's so world renown are mostly not even there anymore. I'd rather the current talent make a name for themselves with their own ideas utilizing their own potential.
Pretty much speaks volumes of the state of the industry where one of the biggest publishers isn't even capable of simultaneously making 2 new IP's. I guess I have to be content with the consoles being primarily for sequels and stick with PC for new IP's.
I think Sony already has his "Bayonetta" and it's called Bloodborne.

God Hand has plenty of depth, more than most action games when you consider the number of move combinations and customization... only things that needed fixing was multiple enemy combat and the camera (and patch the moves you can cheese with). But yah hoping we get DMC5...

Game was a masterwork, Capcom. You can't go wrong with a sequel.

They've created 3 new AAA ips last gen. It's not really a feat.
Hum dont know wha to think, capcom is a long time ago in a dino crisis and deep down we all know there is a resident evil in that studio developer thats prevents them of bringing good quality games, it would take mega man power for that, but hey, we all have seen some dead rising before too.
RE7 is multiplatform and will likely be announced at E3 next year.
This game might be a new IP based on the Phanta Rei engine, probably an exclusive collaboration between Sony and Capcom similar to Bloodborne.

Since first hearing that Ono had an exclusive ps4 game, my stance has been that it was Sony vs Capcom, partially out of hype, but also because they need a competent exclusive fighting game.
I know, but they are both important niche japan game exclusives.
