This works on so many different levels.
I loved that image when I got, but I didn't knew exactly why, until reading your post.
To me its Nintendo picking the poor little boy that's been bullied to hell by Capcom.

Yep, pretty much all of this. The thing with Smash Tour is that it can be great fun once all of you know the rules, but it takes its time to get rolling. If you get impatient you can abandon it for being either too chaotic (a lot of shit goes on quickly without any information, exacerbated by how the rest of the game's modes hold your hand when explaining the rules) or a bore (in the rounds without fight encounters, to a newcomer unexciting music plays while these Miis just move through the map because...where's the Smashin'?).
That said, even while liking it, I'd rather have had 1) Smash Run HD and 2) "Each Stock Is A Different Character" as its own mode.
TWILT. He's got a killer Shulk on his hands.
Are there any online challenges?
So do we know what "version" this is? Is it the patched 3DS version, or does it have it's own differences?
I haven't played the 3DS version since the patch, and it definitely feela different to me. Vectoring seems pretty much gone, and characters are dying much quicker. Whether it's from vectorinc changes or smaller blast zones I'm not sure.
You returned the favor with that beatdown.Ouch, got slamdunked pretty bad there haha.
Man this lag sucked.
Platforms make him extra difficult to deal with.Haha, add a few platforms and Link is suddenly my worst enemy, apparently.
Dang Chillin is making me want to try and learn Mega Man.

Edit: Okay those last two matches did not show off his Mega Man very well lol.
v1.0.4 of the 3DS version is speculated to be in sync with the Wii U version. Dunno if that was already proven but both have vectoring gone.
Mega Man was so difficult to control on 3DS, he seemed like a very odd set of tools. C-Stick makes him shoot up a ton of tiers and suddenly his play-style makes sense with an actual controller.
Im terrible at this game, or Shulk is really bad, all his moves are super slow making it hard to hit or puninsh anyone. Does the speed stance increase his attack speed or only movement?
Only movement. Shulk has a steep learning curve, I'd suggest trying to learn someone easier if you want to get the basic fundamentals of the game down and get noticeably better. Mario is a good character to start with, as would Link. Then once you feel you've gotten better try to play Shulk again and learn him.
I just realized that Ai No Uta isn't in the game.
FUCK YOU.
Man, I feel blind. I'm finally figuring the game out after some initial indifference, but boy howdy, are these characters small sometimes.
I'm playing on a 40" Samsung and sitting about six feet away, and on certain stages I'm lost as to what's happening on screen.
What size TVs are you guys using for this?
