1) I don't think they care about losing money to Amazon or GMG because the user is going to see the Steam store every time they boot up their new game.

2) It's weird that Amazon is undercutting Steam by 10 bucks on Mordor, Civ: Beyond Earth, and others. Thank god for Enhanced Steam, or I wouldn't even know that the games are cheaper elsewhere.

It's not that demanding, so I think you should be fine. It also doesn't require 60fps to enjoy.

I'm 17-18 Hours in and I'm loving the game. The audio is really good with some nice little touches here and there (like when you are inside a tunnel and you hear static from the guy that tells you about the conditions regarding the race).

If you played any recent games, say, like Driveclub and having a good Cockpit view is something really important to you, then you will feel a bit bad regarding the view in Autosport. While there is an inside view it seems that it was something done quickly only to avoid people complaining about no view at all but to honest the current inside view in not good, it's in fact a little bad. It's blurry and dark and if you only play the game in this camera and you have been playing any other recent titles (actually, even the good old Dirt 2 and Dirt 3 are way better regarding this and much older) then you will feel a downgrade.

The game is really fun and meaty and I'm having a great fun with it (still I wish I could get more time to play it more) but the cockpit view while not absent is sure feels something rushed.

Hoping for Dark Souls 2 season pass sale, would recommend Arkham Origins on PC if you're a bat fan or enjoyed city, just don't expect huge innnovations in the gameplay department (boss fights are way better though), story, pc optimization and character dialog is much better imo.
