I can confirm Mario Kart 8 works with a Wii Pro Controller.
Yep, this is the only list with compatible games I could find, no idea how accurate it is. I tested my CCP with MK8 and Bayonetta 2 so far and it works. Will test later with Smash, but I'm sure it works in that game, too.

Really starting to get frustrated with videogamebox.co.uk. Preordered the Bayo 1+2 bundle long before release. Got sent the Bayo 2 solus edition instead. They then cheekily wanted to give me a £5 gift voucher and let me keep the single game. I suggested to them to just open up a bundle, take out Bayo 2 and send the rest to me. Took them over a week to supposedly send it. 3 weeks after that and I STILL don't have the rest of my purchase. God knows if they have actually sent it or not, it is beyond ridiculous. Sent them another message 3 days ago and they haven't even bothered to reply to me.

The list is accurate but not complete as lots of games nobody cares about might support it but it just flies under the radar. For the noteworthy games, the list is as good as it gets.
A Wii U Pro Controller would be a better choice (nippon-yasan.com) for a similar price.

They mark down. Shipping is supercheap if you select the cheapest option. Which is probably also the best option if you don´t want to pay VAT.

Wii U Pro Controller may be a better choice, BUT the Wii U Pro Controller doesn't work for Wii games on Wii U. So if you want to use backward compatibility to play Wii games (which would make sense, so many gems out there), then that controller would be the better choice.
And it's a gold one.

I opened it.. I'm pretty sure GAME doesn't take back opened consoles.

Pretty sure they don't have a choice. You're well within your consumer rights to demand a refund within 28 days of purchase. (or it might be seven, I always forget which one it is).
I'd also recommend this. 30 minutes isn't really enough to make such a drastic decision.
Only from mail order I think - 7 days distance selling regs. If you buy at retail where you can supposedly inspect the goods, you have no immediate right of return.
Nah, unfortunately as soon as the product is open it's exempt from the 28 Day return policy. On the back of all the receipts.
But seriously get some games for that thing, Xbox One is a great console. Sunset Overdrive has kept me going for ages.

Haven't read the back of a receipt in a long, long time. Thanks for correcting me, apologies for the bad info. Always thought the 7/28 day grace period applied to everything apart from hygiene and cosmetics products.

Even in that case I believe stuff has to be unopened. It's a "cooling off" period in case you change your mind, as soon as you open something then your mind is considered made up.
It has to be returned in the original condition, so, unopened.

So I bought a PS4 from Game last night at their midnight opening, Driveclub bundle with TLOU download, and exchanged Driveclub for Shadow of Mordor.
Didn't have a chance to open it until tonight, and there's no download code anywhere. Not in the bag, not in the box, not with my receipt. Panicking now as I don't know if I misplaced it or if they even gave me one to begin with.
Anyone else get this bundle? Where was the card/code?

Well they're based in Ireland, so I should think so. Have you tried one of the European Gamestops? I believe they're the same price most of the time.

Yes they suck for that, but why would they take back opened consoles which have no faults? It doesn't make sense to do so. The employees have to waste time checking the console simply because a retailer changes their mind.
Yeah I tried but Wolfenstein is a lot cheaper in the UK store than Gamestop.ie. Maybe next time. Thanks for the help.

It's a second receipt with the game code. Ring game or use their online chat - they may be able to help you out, they might be able to get the code which was printed or was supposed to be printed(Given that you have the original receipt and the code hasn't already been redeemed)...Their customer services is normally good.
