Saturday has the live stream of keynote. Sunday the event is still going but not sure if anything is streamed that day
The tickets have our seat numbers for the keynotes, so really no need to get there that early.

Not that long. I'm as close to the border as you can be. From 6 to 8 hours, maybe? But I still wouldn't risk it. I have to get my tickets at Will Call and I don't know how the process will play out. I won't feel at ease until I have my wristband and I'm in line.

There probably will be some kind of check in required. Letting in the first 5500 rabid fans will be unmanageable and chaotic otherwise
Tbh, the event must not have lots of people attending. Podcast Beyond just announced that they'd give out tickets if you emailed them. Also it's right before the holidays so not sure what the attendance will look like. I don't think after thanksgiving and right before Xmas is a good time for most people.

I plan on grabbing my tickets (wristband?) from the Venetian box office on Thursday so we'll see what happens. Would be nice if we could get a list together of who's attending.

Not just that, most people prepare to travel for Xmas and thanksgiving so they may not have disposable income for something in between.

Will do. Pretty sure Thursday is the first day you can pick up a wristband if you already bought tickets, so I'd advise any other locals to do that. Waiting until Saturday could be a nightmare.
Really hope that have a program guide or something; gotta plan out those panels.

FWIW, you can't buy tickets for that event because Ticketmaster isn't able to process for that event anymore for some reason.

I don't know about that. I remember someone saying here that they bought a ticket and the number (which you referenced in the past) was up to 6,000 or more. Don't remember the exact number but it was way up there. This was when I thought I was definitely going to be missing the keynote and before they confirmed that it was first come, first serve. Thank, God!

That's a little ambiguous though. It could mean 'learned about the existence of an exclusive game', or 'learned about the existence of an exclusivity of a game'.
TLG is a game you show at E3. Unless Sony is crazy....

We're back to discussing FFVII, so that means it's Crash again up next, then a brief Ape Escape pit stop before we return to intermittent short discussions of other games, then everyone complaining about the hype and then we'll swing back around to FFVII again*. A week is a lot of time to hype.
*TLG is interspersed throughout.
I was playing Breath of Fire III on my Vita (thanks god the PSP version of the game doesn't have the horrendous french translation from the PAL PSX game) I realized that I miss BoF series. I never finished BoF I but I did II, III and IV (and I'm thinking of making videos about their multiple endings). I played two hours of Dragon Quarter and gave up (but it's soundtrack is amazing).
I would love Capcom going back to the roots of their lovely RPG and make a brand new Breath of Fire for the new gen.
