There's been some pretty big games revealed at these events like Skyrim and the Last of Us, so it's not unreasonable to expect some.

Smart of them to show up to this, as bad as the VGX was last year it was quite the way to announce the game.
World premiere of actual gameplay? As of right now we've only seen some videos, which I believe are not actual gameplay.
Also expecting Uncharted 4. Star Wars perhaps? And of course the Last Guardian.
