No, there's dedicated maintenance for separate games, so it's not for the MK8 DLC (besides, it'd be right before the update is released, so it's not that).

No idea what it could be, but I'm certainly not expecting any update whatsoever. I'd love to be wrong, though. I like updates

One thing I noticed: the times chosen for the online play / leaderboards maintenances aren't that bad for Europe (basically all night and all morning, when most people is at work / school) and for US (basically all night, when people sleep), but it sucks for Japan, since it starts at 10 AM and ends at 8 PM, that's unfortunate.

I have no idea where the maintenance teams are from (Japan? NoA?). Usually, maintenance takes place during the night, to avoid disturbing users... (though with a global service like this one, there's not much you can do... it'll impact users whatever the time you chose).

And sorry, missed that thread (was away at that time), and nobody answered after that so it got buried pretty quick.

I misremembered a tweet sent out by NoA earlier this week. Right now, they've got 10 games listed that will go on sale from Thursday to Tuesday with a little blurb saying to come back and check for more price drops. I sort of assumed there would be new deals come Monday, but I guess that's not the case.

Im having disconnections from the whole nintendo network evervsince smash was released.

Got a little bit better this week, but still happens from time to time.

It knocks down any connection. Wara wara goes back to the offline comunities

When it goes down the message says "couldnt connect, maybe the network is having too many access" (my wiiu is in portuguese, so this is badly translated by me)
