There was an SM3DW update, also, is the eShop really slow or not working properly for anyone else?

Miiverse and the internet Browser work perfectly, but the eShop can't seem to connect properly to the servers, there's nothing about it on the Maintenance site.

Got no trouble loading the eShop. And there wasn't an update for SM3DW... I'm not getting either, and there's nothing on any of the Support websites (JP, EU, NA) for that.

That's a bit unusual, but there's definitely going to be one. They're going to have to update the servers, so maintenance is pretty much mandatory.

Big update is extremely unlike, as the previous Wii U update is quite recent, and there's a big 3DS update scheduled for October (probably to coincide with the New 3DS launch)., with the menu themes.

Probably just stability stuff, provided there's any update at all...

Hmm I'm in Europe and I'm getting error 102- 2932 on my Wii U after it tells me to agree to update to new terms and conditions. The operational page says everything except Miiverse is operational. http://www.nintendo.co.jp/netinfo/en_GB/index.html

Does anyone else have a problem? The listed schedule maintenance date has elapsed by an hour by now. It;s slightly irritating how a Wii -> Wii U transfer needs to connect to the internet .

Yeah I am getting it too - I can't read the terms and conditions though because it can't connect to server. Therefore I can't use any online functionality of the Wii U e.g. Miiverse, Online Multiplayer (but I can still browse the web!)
