Finally watched the episode too. The humor was superb, I was constantly chuckling.
Diggles reaction to Barry, throwing away the fries and then the later cut to him STILL thinking about it with the same blank face.
Felicity's "Hey Doc!" and Well's non-reaction
The cut to Caitlin running screaming in this ridiculous way from the boomerang
"Since when do we have facial recognition?"
"Happy Hanuka"
Cisco annoying Diggle with his cheerfulness
The fight was amazing. It really showed both their strengths. And no, it wasn't a tie, Olli had Barry in the hold, if he wanted, he could've execute him.
And while executing humor and fights, they still managed to process both storylines, letting Star Labs look into Sara's murder, Flash attacking Eddie and Olli's Ex. Superb, superb.
But no, NO. This can't be the Rainbow Raider. Noooo! The RR is a lovable, but useless guy
And Iris still sucks, no matter what stance he has.

Felicity comforting Diggle after his lightning stutter story was adorable.
Ultimate plot twist: Wells cannot recreate the Flash's powers on someone with a different physiology. He uses his connection to experiment on prisoners. He gives the Flash's powers to Barry's dad with the promise that it will get him out of prison. Barry's dad goes mad and becomes the Reverse-Flash, meaning that he did kill his wife.

None of the theories I've posted in this thread are likely to become true (mostly because I'm working on existing information that could be undone by future plot development), but I sincerely hope that one isn't.

Show puts me to sleep for some reason. Cant go past the first 20 minutes.
I still question if Barry can be seen as the loveable idiot. Felicity still had the hots for him and he still is passing on her. Caitlin has the hots for him and he's completely oblivious.
If it was any other basic network I wouldn't believe a 3 way would be on screen.
Basically Felicity and Caitlin share their frustrations on Barry's obtuseness and Barry accidentally walks in on them.

Yeah, mine was deleted as well. Asked a mod if I had crossed a line but was ignored. No biggie.
I had to rewind the scene where Diggle throws his fries and stands there dumbfounded. Cracked me up.

The ones that were deleted were along the lines of "I'm beating off to this." Those will typically get deleted and sometimes people are banned for them. That was definitely a very enjoyable episode.
They really nailed confronting the two characters, and the sidekicks were perfect for fanservice.
Loved Olliver's comment about wells at the end
Wells really is the most sketchy character I've seen in a while on TV.
Not a fan of Eddie and of what happened in that episode really seemed a bit far-fetched.

That was an amazing episode. It also made me realize how much I'd missed Diggle, he's become less and less relevant in Arrow and it's such a damn shame... I can't wait for tonight's "part 2".

I could see Caitlin's point kind of, since other colors neutralized his threat to Barry by the end.
Also wonder if this was/is a subtle hint of the GL/color spectrum with red being rage and all
