That was fucking great. Probably the best episode of either show.

I was kinda worried about this crossover since that terribad Arrow scene in the Flash pilot, but part of what was so great about this and bad about that was how they nailed Oliver's character. He works so, so well as an unpretentious, no-bullshit curmudgeon against Barry's ostentatious giddy personality.

Okay I know this kinda doesn't belong here but WTF DC WILL SMITH CAST AS DEAD SHOT AND JOKER ON THE SUICIDE SQUAD :< :< :< :<

Joker is in the movie, not necessary (and honestly, very unlikely) to be in the squad itself. And Will Smith is inspired joice for Deadshot. He will rock in that role.

Awesome. And I like how the images are blurred so we cant tell who it is.

It looks like the same blurring effect that Flash does in front of Iris so she won't recognize his face or voice. Which is interesting because if Reverse Flash was someone we didn't know, why bother doing that? You're not going to recognize someone wearing a mask that you haven't met before.

My guess is that it's
something he can't control. If the Reverse Flash is a deliberately created knockoff of the Flash (some people have speculated that Wells is going to turn Eddie into him at some point), it's possible that his powers are unstable, which would account for why he's also insane; moving at super speed constantly is going to mess a person up. Everything in the world constantly moving in slow motion? Yikes.

Fuck, I don't even know where to start. I get they relegating Prison/Rainbow Raider since this version was pretty much useless after his "power" was figured out. Bombs dropped, mics dropped and clothes dropped in this episode. Hype!

Oh and dumb Felecity with Wells. I do find it weird how they let Joe in on the Arrow thing since just shortly before he was going on about how he was a psycho killer and then at the end he's all cool with it.

!!!

does anyone have a screenshot?
.

It wasn't really on his chest just sitting between Dig and the camera, just sitting on a barrel they were using as a table since it was night time.

Loved

- The amount of stuff they crammed into the episode. We had Ollie's baby momma, Captain Boomerang mentions, Canary mentions, Firestorm, Felicity fanservice. Sure we missed out on Flash and Arrow taking down the Prism but who cares when we just saw that throwdown! Hugely rewarding for comics fans and people following the Arrowverse.

- Angry Barry/Flash was menacing and was a genuine threat. Great to see another side of Grant Gustin's acting, he must have had a blast being able to let loose on camera.

- Giving Diggle a few lines for comic relief stroke of genius. He plays it so straight and suddenly loses it when he sees the Flash.

- Hearing Cisco, Caitlin and Diggle argue over "who would win". Like looking into a mirror haha.

- Wells still manages to be mysterious as hell, even when the episode isn't about him.

What a fucking great episode.

- Arrow team was on point. Diggle freaking out was great.

- MentorOliver is best Oliver.

- Flash fucking over Eddie like that. I'm definitely on Eddie's side now.

- Yay, they broke up Flash and Irish. Me happy.

- Holy fuck, Firestorm looked amazing.

- OMG OLIVER'S BABY MAMA, IT'S HAPPENING.

- Where's next week's promo at?

Fantastic episode and crossover.
Diggle was on fire during this episode with his jokes and reactions. Loved his reaction to seeing Barry as the Flash so much.

And was this the first mention of the captain being gay? He mentioned his boyfriend didn't want him eating the burger. Maybe Barry knows and did the captain a favor by stealing his lunch.

Have I mentioned how fucking smoking Caitlin is?

Cause LAWD have mercy.

The Star Labs team is my favorite part of The Flash. Great for comedic relief and also keeping Barry grounded when he needs to be.

Perfect Flash stinger for the second half of the season would be Ronnie coming back to Star Labs and walking in on Barry and Caitlin kissing. Cue Radioactive by Imagine Dragons.

I swear there is something going between her and Felicity. The way Caitlin looks at her and the face she made when she walked in on Felicity in her bra. Caitlin liked it...liked it a lot. They need to explore this sexual tension further.

I loved the shade Barry threw about the salmon ladder though

The fanfiction we deserve.

Also, I like how the villain played second fiddle

Getting captured during a commercial break

Yep, not even important enough to show on TV, what's the wrestling term for that? :D

Firestorm CGI didn't look great, but just such a great episode overall, great night of TV

It's happening.
So I mean, Wells being RF might've been a red herring after all? It was always too obvious.

Diggle freaking out and the fight were the highlights for me.
There is always wobbly wobbly timey wimey stuff. They know that comic fans watch and try to throw them off.

Honestly, my favourite part of this episode was the musical sting when Oliver first shows up. It sucks that it'll probably never be released because it was perfect.

Episode was great too
