Fox's speed off the pivot with his jabs, tilts, and smashes, is really crazy. Hard to approach but you can't do much camping against that sort of speed either. He's a lot better than he was in Brawl that's for sure, especially since the pivot game can completely wreck campers. Robin moves so slow, so Fox and Sheik are a real nightmare with their fast approaches.
Ya, you can pivotslide the Nosferatu. One of our posters made a video of it before with Falcon, its almost like a wavedash off a pivot but only for certain moves and they all go different lengths.
