Live event app on my xbox brings up halofest everytime I open it. WTF?

Where is it on Xbox One? I see "Watch the Game Awards here" ad on the dashboard's home screen but it just plays a trailer when I click it. Is it streaming somewhere else or will it just change when the event starts?

Should be on the Xbox Live Events app, which I think you have to download manually off the store. Not sure though.

Either way, better off just using the Twitch app I think. The Live Events app was pretty terrible during Halo Fest. Twitch was much better.
