Hint: for those in EU just create a US account on your PS4 and the Live events viewer can be downloaded from that account. Google it, it'd probably take 5 minutes to do

Sorry to double post but does anyone know if the Live Events Viewer can play 60fps streams? I know last years Sony E3 was 60fps on desktop Twitch, not so sure about the PS3 Live Events app though... if it's not and IF the Twitch stream of TGA's is @60fps I'll e watching on my laptop anyway.

Just curious, how the hell does one watch this on the XBox One?

I have it on my PS4 now so I am not missing anything, so I really am just curious.
I tried to watch it on the 1 and had zero clue how to do it.
They had an ad saying watch it here, and all that did was play a trailer.
When I tried the Live Events Viewer I was stuck watching an ad for Halo.
