I want to share some details about my upcoming tournament.

• It will be only 48 players tournament
• Double Elimination
• It will be characters-locked tournament
• No one are allowed to have shared characters
• Mii Fighters isn't allowed due to odd numbers in tournament
• The players will represent the characters that they are well known with. (Ex: Shamrock7r/Ness)
• The players is more likely to be recruited or nominated.

nominate TWILT & myself for Link, thou he seconds him we had some awesome dittos last time we played

as for some people who I recall playing and are really good with their char:
RomanceDawn - Donkey Kong (dunno if it's his main, but his Kong is fierce)
Karsticles - Bowser
FluxWaveZ - Sonic

Not really. I'm more familiar with him being good ness player.

As far as I understand it, the best player with a certain character will make it in, I guess people can nominate and 'vote' for who they feel should get that spot, since we have played against each other a lot. I suppose worst case scenario is to 'settle it in smash' and see who is really the best

Basically, it could be one of way to settle it down.

Huh... that tournament format sounds kinda weird. I'd want to be the player repping Sonic if it came down to it, though.

It'd be cool to also just have a straight up, conventional tournament with as many players as possible sometime, though.

I highly doubt that it would be successful since I haven't read anyone mentioning few characters being used by anyone. Mainly Doctor Mario and Olimar.

I was using Doc a little in the 3DS game. Without customs his changes don't seem worth it since his recovery is so bad. One of his tornado customs is really good though and helps him out a lot.

Yepp, so it's really easy to unlock. I see a lot of people here hating on Smash Tour. Feels like I'm the only person who really enjoys it ;b

My daughter enjoys Smash Tour! I'd like to try it with two more people sometime.

I like playing Smash Tour, especially with custom characters turned on. Helps that it drowns you in rewards after you play too.

I enjoy Smash Tour a whole lot more than 3DS's Smash Run. I don't get the hate for it at all.

This will help if you want a comprehensive rundown.

If you mean really basics, there's a "How to Play" video if you leave the title screen on long enough or you can probably watch it in the Vault video section. There isn't really a command list because all moves are just A+direction, B+direction, in the air or on the ground etc. I think the manual comes with a really basic list of every character's special moves.
